Best Baked Rice And Beans Well, here it is, my favorite dish that I just love to take to work for my lunch. Now, this is Spanish-style baked rice and beans. When the rice sucks up the salsa and with the beans, all that incredibly delicious combination makes this one outstanding recipe. Now I have to tell you that my wife was mad at me because I did not iron the kitchen towel, so forgive me if you noticed. I have to say that I am very multi-talented but ironing I have no idea how to do it. Well, maybe next time I will try it. So back to the dish, hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you did anything different to it. Ingredients 2 cups - Basmati rice or other long-grain rice 2 cans - Red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 tsp. - Kosher salt or to taste 1 tsp. - Grounded black pepper or to taste 2 tsp. - Cumin, powdered 1/2 tsp. - Chilli powder 1/4 cup - Olive oil 1 jar - Tomato salsa (16 ounces) 2 1/2 cups - Chicken broth 2 tbsp - Chopped parsley Notes - Cover the dish very tightly with aluminum foil and put an oven tray on top of the dish to add more pressure for the cooking process. Cooking time - 1 hour and 10 mins at 350 F. - When the cooking is done, check the tenderness of the rice and if need be, add some water and return the dish to the oven until the rice is tender.

Yes, but I made this video to be added to my Classic basic cooking playlist where anyone that has started to cook or has to cook sometime in their life can look up a simple easy recipe to make. I find this technic the best for it turns out perfect every time, the egg's hardness can be controlled by the timing that cooks the egg to perfection. Just try it and see how good they turn out, you will be surprised. Portuguese-Style Chorizo And Chicken Pasta Ok, here it is, if I had to have only one dish to live on, this would be it. It is a complete meal and it just goes perfectly together with all the ingredients. With the cream and mozzarella, it blends in so perfectly with the chicken and the chorizo. we can say that it is a match made in heaven. The sausage just releases its flavor all around, making this did an outstanding party favorite. Try it and let me know how yours turned out. Steak Bites With Mushrooms I just love making this recipe for it is so fast to make and it always turns out great. It goes good as a stand-alone dish or as a side dish.
Now the meat you choose will have an influence on how soft and tender it will be. The more expensive cut of meat you select the better it will be. You can also use rib-eye or New York strip.


Equipment Cast iron fry-pan Regular fry-pan Air Fryer
Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs - Top sirloin, cubed 8 oz. - Baby bell mushrooms or other 2 tbsp. - Cooking oil 2 tbsp. - Worcestershire sauce or HP sauce 1 tsp. - Garlic powder 1 tsp. - Onion flakes Salt and pepper to taste.
Toppings - Green onions chopped, parsley.

The only problem you will have is that it will go very fast, so keep that oven hot and ready for the second and third batch.

This Nacho recipe is one of my winners and the most wanted foods that my Friends want when they come to my home to watch a film or some game on Tv. Now the old "popcorn" thing will not do it anymore. Try this basic classic recipe and let me know how yours turned out.
Ingredients 1 pkg. - Unsalted or salted nachos, tortilla, and corn chips 2 lbs. - Lean or medium ground beef 1 med. - Onion, chopped 2 to 3 tbsp. - Taco sauce mix, (see below) 1/4 cup - Ketchup or 1 tbsp. tomato paste. 3/4 cup - Canned black beans rinsed and drained Salt and pepper to taste. Well, another pasta dish request by a few. I love this dish for it is so easy and fast to make especially when you will be having a large group showing up with huge hunger pains. This dish gives you an awesome combination of cream and cheese that is guaranteed to please.


Ingredients 10 oz. - Penne pasta (1/2 pkg.) 2 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 med. - Red onion, diced 3 to 4 cl. - Garlic, minced 1 cube - Chicken bullion, low-sodium 1/2 to 1cup - Cherry tomatoes, halved 1/3 cup - Cream, more if needed, milk or pasta water for a top-up. 1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup - Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings - Fresh parsley or basil Options - 2 tbsps. Balsamic vinegar Alternative cooking method - One-pot - Add 5 cups of water to the pot, add pasta and cook until dente (not too soft), reduce the amount of cream.

Smoked Salmon Hand Roll With Avocado And Cucumber I just love sushi but I do not want to go to all that trouble of getting fresh fish for sometimes it is hard to find, so I use smoked salmon or other smoked fish. For me, it just workes out perfect and I have to say it's on the safe side, for unless you know your fish as fresh, it could make your meal a disaster. Now I make a lot of sushi, I would say about twice a month or so. Especially for myself and my wife or for some family or friends get-togethers. Trust me, this recipe goes fast and sometimes I just can not keep up, so have a lot on standby or you could have a riot on your hands.

The egg always can stand alone and it can be made in so many ways that it would be hard to try them all in a year. I know some of you are asking what am I adding such an easy recipe. Well, most people have trouble making a simple fried egg, so here I am showing how easy and foolproof it can be.

The closed lid will trap the heat in and cook the egg slowly to the point of softness or hardness you want by simply taking a peek at it. When it reaches the desired texture than "turn off the heat and there you go.

Why are eggs good for you.

Eggs are a very good source of, protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white. I just love this recipe, the potatoes with their skins on with the crispness of the flattened potatoes makes this one awesome dish. When I have a party, I always make a lot of these for it is so easy and fast to make them and always a party favorite.
If you would like them to be more crispy, then towards the end of the baking time, just turn on the upper oven grill and leave to for about several minutes. Let me know how yours turned out.

Of course, there are hundreds of recipes out there on the internet and I know that they are all great. But, here I am giving your my best traditional recipes that I like best. Easy, fast, and using basic ingredients that use, gives this the perfect recipe to serve to your family or friends.

Start - Crispy Garlic Baked Potatoes Wedges



Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. - Potatoes peeled or leave the skin on, cut into wedges.
1 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 tsp. - Garlic powder
1 tbsp. - Smoked paprika
1 tsp. - Onion flakes or powder Salt and pepper as needed

This great delicious drunken mussel recipe is quick to make and everyone will just fall in love with your dish. That’s if they like mussels, for my wife will not eat them nor even look at them. Oh well more for me.

I like to use fresh mussels but you can use frozen if you like. If you use fresh, make sure that if they have an open shell or they do not open when cooked then discard them for they are bad.  Sliced Potato Cake Recipe When it comes to comfort food and diet, it does not always come together. Now, this dish does not follow the rules, for I get both of two worlds. I just love potatoes but I like them fried I guess because of the oil in the fry but in this dish, it has all the taste I want without adding all those calories. This is perfect for a party or just a family meal, or to have it as a side dish or just on its own. Let me know how yours turned out and did you add anything different to it.

Sweet Potato With Curry Ketchup Dip Recipe When I am on a diet, I need something to keep me going, and at least something I can call “comfort food”. So as for fries, that means that I have to bake it and for me, the best fries I like coming hot out of the oven are sweet potato fries. I added just a bit of olive oil to the fries to lightly oil them so they can cook better and give some taste. Now I like to use the water soaking method to remove some of the starches, as for adding cornstarch to the fries before the baking I do not use this method. I tried both ways and I can really say for me there’s no difference in how you prepare it. But, saying this you can use cornstarch if you prefer it. Make sure you keep an eye on the fries while baking. If the temperature is too high then they will be cooked on the outside and raw on the inside, but if it is too low then the fries will be dried out a soggy. Sesame Chicken with Asian Sauce This recipe for me is tastier than take-away anytime. This gives you a superb taste with its sweet, salty, sticky, and a bit spicy that pulls everything together. Make sure that you make extra for this dish will go very fast.

 Potato Omelette - Only 3 Main Ingredients

I just love potatoes like most people and I cannot get enough of them. So when it comes to potato omelets or pancakes, you can count me in. 

I like this recipe because it is a real crowd pleaser and I get great compliments on it.  It goes perfectly with almost anything from breakfast, a side dish a just a complete meal by itself. 

Remember when cooking this omelet, keep the heat on med heat so it will cook through the potatoes and it will give it enough time for it to cook through and through.  If the heat is too high then it could burn or it will be cooked on the outside but raw on the inside.  As it is going, please give it a peak under the omelet an is how it is doing, and make adjustments to the heat.
