Baked Egg Cups Recipe

 




Baked Egg Cups

This has to be one of my most favorite breakfast dishes. So easy to make and fast. The only problem you would have is not making enough, for they will go fast. Trust me very fast. 
This recipe makes the egg soft and tender on the inside and when blended with the chives it just becomes perfect. 



Ingredients 

Makes 6 cups

4 med.        -   Whole eggs
Milk             -  Splash 

Cheddar cheese -  As needed 
Salt and pepper  -  As needed

Toppings -  Chives, parsley, green onions 

Options filling  -  Sliced ham, cooked bacon, cooked veggies

Baking -   20 to 25 minutes at 300 Fahrenheit.

Indian Chicken Korma Recipe

 


Indian Chicken Korma

When it comes to Indian food, I am in, I just love the herbs,  spices, and hot savory flavors. 

Now I know that it does take some time to make this dish, but it is not complicated, a person just has to get acquainted with the spices, and there you go. 

I hope that you enjoy this recipe and please let me know how yours turned out. 


Ingredients 

2 each         -  Boneless chicken breasts 

2 tbsp.         -  Cooking oil

1 lg.              -  Onion, chopped 

3 cloves       -  Garlic, minced

1 tbsp.          -  Fresh ginger, grated 

2 tbsp.          -  tomato paste

1/2 cup         -  Water

1/2 cube       -  Chicken stock

2/3 cup         -  Heavy cream, 12%


Salt and pepper to taste


Indian spices 

1 tsp.            -  Ground cardamom

1 tsp.            -  Ground masala

1 tsp.            -  Ground coriander

1 1/2             -  Ground cumin

1/2  tsp.        - Ground cloves

1/2 tsp.         - Ground turmeric


Topping  -  Chopped parsley


Note -  When you add the six Indian spices into the sauce, please cook them for a few minutes, stirring all the time.

Three Cheese Baked Mac and Cheese Recipe

 



Three Cheese  Baked Mac and Cheese

Being in Europe for now, I miss one of my North American dishes, Mac and cheese. So in order to keep me happy with something from home, I have to make it myself. For this is not a traditional dish here. I just give it, my own touch.

I hope you enjoy the recipe, for the three-cheese goes and blends perfectly together. It will always turn out perfect and creamy.

Ingredients

1/2 pkg.             -  Elbow macaroni pasta 

1 1/2 cups         -  Heavy cream, using 12%

1 cup                  -  Cheddar cheese (any kind), extra for topping

1/2 cup              -  Monterey Jack cheese, extra for topping

1/2 cup              -  Smoked Gouda cheese, extra for topping

1 tsp.                  -  Garlic powder

1 tsp.                  -  Onion powder

1/2 tsp.              -  White pepper 


Salt - as needed

Toppings  -  Parsley 

Options -  1/2 tsp.  cayenne pepper


Notes;

-  Stop cooking the past two minutes before the time limit.

-  Do not drain the past under the water.

-  Cheese sauce has to be on the liquidity side, for the pasta will absorb it.

Crab Legs With Garlic Beer  Sauce

These crabs are cooked to perfection, then tossed in a flavorful garlic beer sauce. This recipe does take you a bit of work to break open the shell but it is going to be worth the effort.

Ingredients 

2 med. or Lg. crabs. Fresh, frozen, or cooked. 

2 tbsp.                -  Olive oil
1 med.                -  Onion, finely chopped 
3 - 5  cloves       -  Garlic minced
1-2  tbsp.            -  Hot sauce
2 each                 -  Bay leaves 
2-4 each              -  Lemon wedges or slices 
1/2 cup                -  Beer, plus a bit more

Salt and pepper to taste 

Garnish -  Parsley chopped

Options  -  Add 1 -2 tbsp. butter,  add 1 tbsp hot pepper flakes, white wine.

Notes:  
- Do not overcook the crab.
- Use crab or lobster cracker to brack open the shells.
- Do not use your teeth to crack open the shell, this could cause chipping.

Best Garlic Bread Recipe

 




Best Garlic Bread When it comes to garlic bread, my wife and I are 100% in. In this recipe, I make it super easy to make and it will always turn out a thing of perfection.
I added cheese to it, to make it even better, and when it comes to the crunch, it is out of this world. Just think of the butter and garlic mixed together and with cheese, it's one delicious meal.

Ingredients 1 - Long french bread (fresh) 1/3 cup - Butter, unsalted 5-6 cloves - Garlic, minced 1 1/2 pinch - Oregano 1/ 2 tsp. - Hot chili flakes 1/4 tsp. - Salt, kosher As needed - Mozzarella, shredded Toppings - Chopped parsley, chives Bake - Grill on middle rack at 350 Farinahight for 10 to 15 minutes.

Hasselback Potatoes With Garlic

These baked potatoes are awesome. Have them on their own as a meal or as a side dish. So easy to make and to serve, just make a lot ahead of time and then pop them into the oven, and they're ready.   Just make sure you make extra if you are going to have a party or gathering.

Ingredients 

2 1/2 to 3 lbs.         -  Med. potatoes with skin on. 

Homemade  Pesto 

1 cup             -  Fresh basil leaves, (not packed)
2 tbsp.           -  Pine nuts or cashews
1 -2 cloves    -  Garlic 
1/2 tsp.         -  Salt 
1/3 cup         -  Olive oil

Toppings 
- Add butter
- Parsley, chopped 
- Chives, chopped 
- Dill, chopped 
- Sour cream
- Bacon bits

Here we go again with a pasta dish or can we call it a salad dish. Whatever you want to call it, you know it will be an excellent recipe. 
Here, I did not slice the sausage, for instead, I break it down into pieces so it can blend better into the sauce and the pasta.



Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs - Italian sausage, skin removed 2 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 tbsp. - Oregano dried 1 tbsp. - Garlic, mashed 1/2 cup - White wine 1/2 cup - Red onion, finely chopped 1 cup - Green peas 1 cup - Cherry tomatoes 1 1/2 cup - Mushrooms, sliced 3/4 cup - Heavy cream 1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated Milk as needed Salt and pepper as needed For more information, please see the video below;

Here, once again is a great lunch or picnic salad. I enjoy making these recipes because after all, I have to eat my work, so I like to take my dishes to my office for a great snack or lunch. 



Ingredients 

Dressing 
1/4 cup         -  White wine or apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup         -  Olive oil
1 tbsp.           -   Dijon mustard 
1 tbsp.           -  Garlic, minced
1 tsp.             -  Honey, (natural)

Salt and pepper to taste 

Salad 
1 cup            -  Red kidney beans 
1 cup            -  Green beans (cooked)
1/2 cup        -  Black beans 
1/2 cup        -  Chickpeas
1/3 cup        -  Finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup        -  Green onions
1/4 cup        -  Parsley, chopped

Note
-  Rinse and drain all canned beans.

Want a perfect picnic salad, here it is. Easy to make and can be served anytime or anywhere. Perfect for the office lunch or even a snack. 


Ingredients


Vinaigrette Dressing 

3 tbsp.           -   Dijon mustard 

1/4 cup         -  Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup         -  Rice vinegar

1 tsp.             -  White sugar 

3/4 tsp.         -  Salt, kosher 

1/2 tsp.         -  Cayenne pepper (option)

1/2 cup         -  Olive oil, added in parts.

2 tsp.             -  Fresh dill, chopped 

2 tsp.             -  Fresh parsley 

1 tsp.             -  Chives, chopped

1 tsp.             -  Fresh basil


Salad 

1/2 pkg.         -  Corkscrew pasta

1 cup              -  Snow peas

1 cup              -  Finely sliced carrots

1 cup              -  Broccoli florets, bite-size pieces

1 cup              -  Cherry tomatoes, sliced 

1/4 cup          -  Finely chopped red onions

1/2 cup          -  Sliced red bell pepper

Portuguese Chorizo Egg Casserole  One-Pot Recipe

When it comes to Portuguese cuisine, this one is one of my favorites. It starts with juicy sausage, chorizo that has all the full flavor that just comes out in this dish. The pork, paprika, garlic, and fully smoked sausage create a perfect fit for any combination. 



Recipe;


1 to 1 1/2 pounds of  chorizo


1/4 Cup - olive oil

1 Med. - Onion

1 to 2 cloves - Garlic

1/3 Cup - Red or white wine

3 Tbsp. - Tomato paste

1 Tbsp  - Hot sauce

2 - Bay leafs


2/3 Cups - Frozen peas

1 Med. - Carrot, sliced

1 Med. - Tomato, chopped 


Salt and pepper as needed 

3 - Eggs

This has to be my best  Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe but this time instead of frying, I had them baked.  I always watch what I eat, but sometimes at least once a week I can enjoy whatever I want. So this week it is my wings. 


Ingredients 

Baked wings 
4 lbs.            -  Chicken wings, wingettes and drumettes. Tips (optional) 
2 tbsp.         -  Baking powder 
1 tsp.            -  Onion powder
1 tsp.            -  Sweet paprika 


Sauce 
4 tbsp.          -  Unsalted butter
1/4 cup         -  Piri Piri  or Frank’s Original  red hot sauce
1 tbsp.          -  Brown sugar 
2 tbsp.          -  Ketchup
Salt                -  As needed

Blue Cheese Dip 
1/4  cup        -  Blue cheese, soft part.
1/4  cup        -  Sour cream
2 tbsp.          -  Mayonnaise 
2 tbsp.          -  Lemon juice 
Splash           -  Milk 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Cooking times -  350 degrees for around 35 to 40 mins, flip wings once.

I will have to call this the perfect wrap or sandwich. After all, everything is all held in a pocket that is easy to handle and eat.


Ingredients
Makes 4 wraps. 

Chicken
1 lb.              -  Boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp.            -  Olive oil  
1/2 tsp.        -  Sweet paprika 
1/2 tsp.        -  Garlic powder 

Filling 
 4 lg.              -  Flour or corn tortillas
1/4 cup        -  Green onions
1 sm.            -  Sweet red onion

2 cups          -  Ready-mix lettuce or other

Yogurt dressing  
2/3 cup        -   Plain yogurt

1 tsp.            -  Mustard
1 tbsp.          -  Olive oil 
1 tbsp.          -  Dried parsley
1/2 tbsp.      -  Hot chili powder (option)

Salt and pepper to taste

Southwestern Black Bean Skinny Salad

I love this salad and I cannot get enough of it. It's the perfect lunch to take to work, it's is so Diversified for your immediate family or for a party. It can be used as a side dish or a main meal or even a topping for tortillas.


The serving of 1 cup is around 165 calories and 7 grams of fat. 


Ingredients 

1 can                -  Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup            -  Corn, rinsed and drained 
3/4 cup            -  Cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 med.             -  Avocado, chopped 
1 sm.                -  Red onion, finely chopped 
1/4 cup            -  Green onion, chopped
1/4 cup            -  Parsley, chopped
 

Dressing

1 tbsp.             -  Apply cider vinegar
1 tbsp.             -  Olive oil
1 sm.                -  Juice of lime or lemon 
1 tbsp.              -  Red hot peppers, chopped. (option)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Well, here is one of my favorites meals, sauteed shrimp. I like serving this to my family and friends and watch their faces glow as they dash to the serving table.


Is shrimp good for you, can you lose weight?
 
Shrimp is low in calories, carbs, and fat, but high in protein and essential micronutrients. It is also quite beneficial for your health and may promote better heart health.

   

Ingredients 

2 lbs.                  -  Shrimp, with or without a head,
                               deveined or not.

4 to 6 cloves      -  Crushed  garlic 
1 sm.                   -  Onion, finely chopped 
1/4 cup               -  White wine or beer    
1 tbsp.                -   Hot pepper, sliced  
1 Tbsp.               -   Tomato paste 
1 tsp.                  -   Piri Piri hot sauce 
1 tsp.                  -   Paprika, sweet  
2 tbsp.                -   Butter, unsalted 
1 tsp.                  -   Honey
2 tbsp.                -   Olive oil 
  
Lemon juice  to taste 
Salt and pepper to taste 

Toppings -  parsley,  lemon wedges


Tips:  
-  Do not overcook the shrimp, if you do, it will be hard and chewy.
-  Sauce can be strained or leave it as it is.
-  Leave the heads on during the cooking to give flavor to the sauce. 
-  If you want, remove the heads after you are finished cooking.

Well as hard as this recipe is to pronounce it is an awesome dish. I know that it takes a little more time to make it, but it is well worth it. 

Recipe;

1/2  Pkg. - Lumaconi pasta


Meatballs
1 1/2  lbs.         -   Beef, grounded
1 - Med.             -  Onion chopped
1/3 Cup             -  Breadcrumbs
2 to 3 Tbsp.      -  Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup             -  Parsley , fresh, chopped 
1 - Egg
1/4 Cup             -  Cooking oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Tomato Sauce
1 Can             - Tomato sauce
1 Sm.             - Onion finely chopped
2  - Cloves     -  Garlic, mashed 
2 Tbsp.          -  Tomato paste
1/2 Tsp.         -  Honey
1 Tbsp. - Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 Cup      -  Sour cream or heavy cream
1 Tbsp.       -  Oregano
1 Tbsp.       -  Basil (option)

Topping   -  Parmesan cheese

Here we go again, another shrimp dish. I just love shrimp any way I can get it, for me it does not matter. 



Ingredients 

1/2  pkg.         -  Spaghetti  or any pasta
1 lb.                 -  Med. shrimp, deveined (precooked) tails on or removed.
1 -2 tbsp.        -  Olive oil 
1/2 med.         -  Red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp.             -  Butter, unsalted
1- 2 clove        -  Garlic, minced
1/2 cup           -  White wine or beer
3/4 cup           -  Heavy cream 
1/2 cup           -  Parmesan cheese shredded + garnish
1 tbsp.             -  Tomato paste 
1 tbsp.             -  Parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste 

Options -  Hot pepper flakes, chili powder, 


Notes:
- In the video, I am using frozen shrimp (thawed), so I  was heating it up and removing part of the moisture that was brought in by the freezing. But you can add the shrimp to the last stage before adding the pasta for about 3 minutes of cooking if you want. 
- As for fresh shrimp, please cook them at the first stage of cooking.
- In any case, do not overcook the shrimp, for it will become chewy and gummy.
-  I did not remove the tails because they are full of flavor. When you bite down on the meaty side just at the tail line, the juices inside come out. Thus giving you a great experience.  But, you can remove them if you like. Thanks for your comment

This has to be one of my favorite recipes for lunch at my office. It heats up really fast in the microwave and in seconds I have the perfect meal. I have to say that I do not like to buy lunch for I tend to go to the fattier foods and that causes a problem for me. So I would rather make my meal myself.



Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar has various healthful properties, including antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. What's more, evidence suggests it may offer health benefits, such as aiding weight loss, reducing cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels. Bell peppers Bell peppers are rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin C and various carotenoids. Serving - one cup, approximately 180 calories. Ingredients 1/2 pkg. - Whole grain or gluten-free pasta 3/4 cup - Cherry tomatoes, split 1/2 cup - Red bell pepper, cubed 1/2 cup - Black olives, pitted and sliced 1 med. - Cucumber, peeled 3/4 cup - Feta cheese, cubed Sauce 1 tbsp. - Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. - Olive oil 1/2 med. - Juice of a lemon or lime 1 tsp. - Garlic powder 1 tsp. - Oregano Salt and pepper to taste

Skinny Burger Sliders

When it comes to burgers, that is one of my weaknesses. I just love them, but I know that they are fattening, I try really hard to stay away from them. But, not with this recipe, because of the lean meat and the graham bread with the low-fat yogurt, I know I can enjoy this meal without the guilt.

I had a problem looking for the right size buns because I wanted them to be graham bread. So I got up early and made my own with my bread maker. I used part white plain flour and the other half I used whole wheat. I like this combination because I do not like my bread to be too much like eating straw.

I hope you try this recipe and enjoy the burger without guilt. Please let me know how yours turned out and did you do anything else to it. 

Ingredients 

Makes 3 sliders 

1/2 lb.         -   Lean grounded beef or veal

1/3 tsp.       -  Garlic powder 
1/4 tsp.       -  White pepper or black
1/2 tsp.       -  Onion flakes

Salt to taste 


Sauce 
1/2 cup       -  Greek yogurt or other 
1 tsp.           -  Dill, dried, or fresh
1 tsp.           -  Fresh lemon

Wasabi Tuna Sushi Recipe Do you like Sushi, do you like tuna. This is my Western version of Tuna Sushi. It is easy and convenient because it uses can tuna. Go ahead and see how easy and good it is. Now, this is my Wife's favorite sushi recipe because she will not eat raw fish, so I really designed this for her. When it comes to making sushi at home, almost everyone thinks that it is an impossible task. When it is one of the easiest things to make that can give you so much satisfaction and everyone will praise you for it. Try it here now and see just how easy it is to make, you really can not go wrong. I really hope you really enjoy this recipe. Ingredients Makes 4 rolls; 1 - Can of chunky Tuna (albacore or same) in oil or in water. 1 Pkg. of Nori 1 Cup - Pre-ready Sushi rice 1 to 2 Tbsp. - Mayo, low-fat 1 to 2 squirts - Lemon juice, or halve of an sm. lemon 1 to Tsp. - Wasabi Salt to taste 1/2 Sweet red pepper, sliced thin Few stems of green onions Options - Smoked salmon, parsley leaves, avocado
Homemade Sushi rice 1 Cup - Sushi rice 1/4 Cup - White vinegar 1/2 Tsp. - Sugar 1/2 Tsp. - Salt 1) Make the sushi rice as per instructions on the package. 2) Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt together. 3) Add the rice after it is done to a large bowl or pan. 4) Slowly add a bit at a time of the mixture to the rice while folding (not stirring) the rice over until the rice has absolved everything. 5) Spread the rice all around and let dry, fanning it will help it go faster.
