Veggie Noodle Lazy  Soup

I just love this soup because not only is it fully nutritious but this meal will fill you up without the calories.  
So easy to make in one pot and makes a great presentation at the table for your friends and family. So go ahead and turn heads.

Ingredients 

1/2 pkg.             -  Rice noodles (Vermicelli)
2 cups               -  Bok choy, chopped 
1 med.               -  Zucchini, chopped  (green or yellow)
1 med.               -  Carrot, sliced
1 med.               -  Red onion, chopped
3 cloves            -   Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp.               -  Soya sauce
1 tbsp.               -  Wine rice vinegar
1 tbsp.               -  Olive oil 
1 cube               -  Veggie stock, low-sodium
Water                -  As needed 

Salt and pepper  - As needed

Option  -   Hot pepper flakes 

Toppings  -   Green onions, parsley

Best Garlic Bread Recipe

 




Best Garlic Bread When it comes to garlic bread, my wife and I are 100% in. In this recipe, I make it super easy to make and it will always turn out a thing of perfection.
I added cheese to it, to make it even better, and when it comes to the crunch, it is out of this world. Just think of the butter and garlic mixed together and with cheese, it's one delicious meal.
Let me know how yours turned out and what kind of topping did you use. Ingredients 1 - Long french bread (fresh) 1/3 cup - Butter, unsalted 5-6 cloves - Garlic, minced 1 1/2 pinch - Oregano 1/ 2 tsp. - Hot chili flakes 1/4 tsp. - Salt, kosher As needed - Mozzarella, shredded Toppings - Chopped parsley, chives Bake - Grill on middle rack at 350 Farinahight for 10 to 15 minutes.

These baked potatoes are awesome. Have them on their own as a meal or as a side dish. So easy to make and to serve, just make a lot ahead of time and then pop them into the oven, and they're ready.   Just make sure you make extra if you are going to have a party or gathering.

Ingredients 

2 1/2 to 3 lbs.         -  Med. potatoes with skin on. 

Homemade  Pesto 

1 cup             -  Fresh basil leaves, (not packed)
2 tbsp.           -  Pine nuts or cashews
1 -2 cloves    -  Garlic 
1/2 tsp.         -  Salt 
1/3 cup         -  Olive oil

Toppings 
- Add butter
- Parsley, chopped 
- Chives, chopped 
- Dill, chopped 
- Sour cream
- Bacon bits

Want a perfect picnic salad, here it is. Easy to make and can be served anytime or anywhere. Perfect for the office lunch or even a snack. 


Ingredients


Vinaigrette Dressing 

3 tbsp.           -   Dijon mustard 

1/4 cup         -  Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup         -  Rice vinegar

1 tsp.             -  White sugar 

3/4 tsp.         -  Salt, kosher 

1/2 tsp.         -  Cayenne pepper (option)

1/2 cup         -  Olive oil, added in parts.

2 tsp.             -  Fresh dill, chopped 

2 tsp.             -  Fresh parsley 

1 tsp.             -  Chives, chopped

1 tsp.             -  Fresh basil


Salad 

1/2 pkg.         -  Corkscrew pasta

1 cup              -  Snow peas

1 cup              -  Finely sliced carrots

1 cup              -  Broccoli florets, bite-size pieces

1 cup              -  Cherry tomatoes, sliced 

1/4 cup          -  Finely chopped red onions

1/2 cup          -  Sliced red bell pepper

1/2 cup            -   Sun-dried tomatoes

Southwestern Black Bean Skinny Salad

I love this salad and I cannot get enough of it. It's the perfect lunch to take to work, it's is so Diversified for your immediate family or for a party. It can be used as a side dish or a main meal or even a topping for tortillas.


The serving of 1 cup is around 165 calories and 7 grams of fat. 


Ingredients 

1 can                -  Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup            -  Corn, rinsed and drained 
3/4 cup            -  Cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 med.             -  Avocado, chopped 
1 sm.                -  Red onion, finely chopped 
1/4 cup            -  Green onion, chopped
1/4 cup            -  Parsley, chopped
 

Dressing

1 tbsp.             -  Apply cider vinegar
1 tbsp.             -  Olive oil
1 sm.                -  Juice of lime or lemon 
1 tbsp.              -  Red hot peppers, chopped. (option)

This has to be one of my favorite recipes for lunch at my office. It heats up really fast in the microwave and in seconds I have the perfect meal. I have to say that I do not like to buy lunch for I tend to go to the fattier foods and that causes a problem for me. So I would rather make my meal myself.



Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar has various healthful properties, including antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. What's more, evidence suggests it may offer health benefits, such as aiding weight loss, reducing cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels. Bell peppers Bell peppers are rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin C and various carotenoids. Serving - one cup, approximately 180 calories. Ingredients 1/2 pkg. - Whole grain or gluten-free pasta 3/4 cup - Cherry tomatoes, split 1/2 cup - Red bell pepper, cubed 1/2 cup - Black olives, pitted and sliced 1 med. - Cucumber, peeled 3/4 cup - Feta cheese, cubed Sauce 1 tbsp. - Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. - Olive oil 1/2 med. - Juice of a lemon or lime 1 tsp. - Garlic powder 1 tsp. - Oregano Salt and pepper to taste

I have to say that this dish is one of the easiest pasta recipes, I know. It is hard to believe that a simple and fast dish can be this good. I make it very often when I get that pasta craving. 
 


Ingredients 

1/2 pkg.             -  Spaghetti, al dente, 
1/4 cup              -  Olive oil 
6 to 8 cloves     -  Garlic minced or finely sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings - Hot red pepper flakes, chopped parsley

Tips
-  The salt in the pasta water should be enough to give flavor to your dish, do not add extra.
-  Pasta should be Al Denta, remove one minute before pasta being done.
-  Overcooking the oil will turn it into Saturated fats, after two minutes of cooking the garlic, turn off the heat.

Also this soup with help fight off those viruses and other nasty things that can affect you. When you eat this soup, you will find that it gives you a warming feeling in your body, but remember to adjust the ginger for too much can upset your system. So, let me know how yours turned out. Best Baked Rice And Beans Well, here it is, my favorite dish that I just love to take to work for my lunch. Now, this is Spanish-style baked rice and beans. When the rice sucks up the salsa and with the beans, all that incredibly delicious combination makes this one outstanding recipe. Now I have to tell you that my wife was mad at me because I did not iron the kitchen towel, so forgive me if you noticed. I have to say that I am very multi-talented but ironing I have no idea how to do it. Well, maybe next time I will try it. So back to the dish, hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you did anything different to it. Ingredients 2 cups - Basmati rice or other long-grain rice 2 cans - Red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 tsp. - Kosher salt or to taste 1 tsp. - Grounded black pepper or to taste 2 tsp. - Cumin, powdered 1/2 tsp. - Chilli powder 1/4 cup - Olive oil 1 jar - Tomato salsa (16 ounces) 2 1/2 cups - Chicken broth 2 tbsp - Chopped parsley Notes - Cover the dish very tightly with aluminum foil and put an oven tray on top of the dish to add more pressure for the cooking process. Cooking time - 1 hour and 10 mins at 350 F. - When the cooking is done, check the tenderness of the rice and if need be, add some water and return the dish to the oven until the rice is tender.

Orange Cake loaf cake, easy to make, fast, and too severe. The orangery juice with its pulp and peel makes this recipe special. The sweet bitterness gives it the perfect taste between sweet and tangy. I can eat this all day and let me tell you that it did not last, in fact, it disappeared in less than two minutes at my friend's party. Just shows you that when you make this cake, please make two....:)

I just love this recipe, the potatoes with their skins on with the crispness of the flattened potatoes makes this one awesome dish. When I have a party, I always make a lot of these for it is so easy and fast to make them and always a party favorite.
If you would like them to be more crispy, then towards the end of the baking time, just turn on the upper oven grill and leave to for about several minutes. Let me know how yours turned out.

Guaranteed - Magic 7 - Day Weight-loss Plan " rest a day or two making sure that you do not overdo it on your food intake. And, just follow-up with diet plan number two until completion.
In this 2 nd. Plan you should start to lose water again, but now it will be mostly fat and that means weight-loss. After that please sick to low-fat, low-calorie meals. Of course, you can have a ”cheat meal” once in and while to curb your urges.
