Restaurant Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings This has to be my best Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe but this time instead of frying, I had them baked. I always watch what I eat, but sometimes at least once a week I can enjoy whatever I want. So this week it is my wings.

Ingredients 

Baked wings 
4 lbs.            -  Chicken wings, wingettes and drumettes. Tips (optional) 
2 tbsp.         -  Baking powder 
1 tsp.            -  Onion powder
1 tsp.            -  Sweet paprika 


Sauce 
4 tbsp.          -  Unsalted butter
1/4 cup         -  Piri Piri  or Frank’s Original  red hot sauce
1 tbsp.          -  Brown sugar 
2 tbsp.          -  Ketchup
Salt                -  As needed

Blue Cheese Dip 
1/4  cup        -  Blue cheese, soft part.
1/4  cup        -  Sour cream
2 tbsp.          -  Mayonnaise 
2 tbsp.          -  Lemon juice 
Splash           -  Milk 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Cooking times -  350 degrees for around 35 to 40 mins, flip wings once.

Well, here is another soup diet. Pretty soon I will be called the "Diet Soup King", but I have to try to keep everyone happy. 

This diet so is really awesome, not only is it a healthy diet soup but packed with nutrition and flavor.  This recipe really calls for coconut milk but it is on the fatty side. So I use potatoes to produce the creamy texture and taste, in this way I have kept it "low- fat".

Turmeric

Studies indicate that turmeric can promote weight loss, reduce fat tissue growth, curb weight regain, and enhance your sensitivity to the hormone insulin.


Ingredients

2 lbs.           -  Chicken breasts, skinless and cubes 

2 Ibs            -  Potatoes, peeled and cubed (divided)

1 sm.           -  Onion, finely chopped 

2 each         -  Celery stalks, sliced 

1 cup           -   Chicory or cabbage, spinach, kale 

1/3 cup       -   Pasley, chopped 

3 cloves      -  Garlic, minced

2 tbsp.        -  Ginger, grated 

2 tbsp.        -   Turmeric 

2 tbsp.        -   Lemon juice 

1 cube        -   Chicken stock (low-sodium) or veggie 

1 leaf           -  Bay leaf


Salt and pepper to taste

When it comes to burgers, that is one of my weaknesses. I just love them, but I know that they are fattening, I try really hard to stay away from them. But, not with this recipe, because of the lean meat and the graham bread with the low-fat yogurt, I know I can enjoy this meal without the guilt.

I had a problem looking for the right size buns because I wanted them to be graham bread. So I got up early and made my own with my bread maker. I used part white plain flour and the other half I used whole wheat. I like this combination because I do not like my bread to be too much like eating straw.

I hope you try this recipe and enjoy the burger without guilt. Please let me know how yours turned out and did you do anything else to it. 

Ingredients 

Makes 3 sliders 

1/2 lb.         -   Lean grounded beef or veal

1/3 tsp.       -  Garlic powder 
1/4 tsp.       -  White pepper or black
1/2 tsp.       -  Onion flakes
1 tbsp.         -  Olive oil

Salt to taste 


Sauce 
1/2 cup       -  Greek yogurt or other 
1 tsp.           -  Dill, dried, or fresh
1 tsp.           -  Fresh lemon

Salt to taste

Toppings -  Tomatoes, lettuce, chopped pickles

Now, this is my Wife's favorite sushi recipe because she will not eat raw fish, so I really designed this for her. When it comes to making sushi at home, almost everyone thinks that it is an impossible task. When it is one of the easiest things to make that can give you so much satisfaction and everyone will praise you for it. Ingredients Makes 4 rolls; 1 - Can of chunky Tuna (albacore or same) in oil or in water. 1 Pkg. of Nori 1 Cup - Pre-ready Sushi rice 1 to 2 Tbsp. - Mayo, low-fat 1 to 2 squirts - Lemon juice, or halve of an sm. lemon 1 to Tsp. - Wasabi Salt to taste 1/2 Sweet red pepper, sliced thin Few stems of green onions Options - Smoked salmon, parsley leaves, avocado
Homemade Sushi rice 1 Cup - Sushi rice 1/4 Cup - White vinegar 1/2 Tsp. - Sugar 1/2 Tsp. - Salt 1) Make the sushi rice as per instructions on the package. 2) Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt together. 3) Add the rice after it is done to a large bowl or pan. 4) Slowly add a bit at a time of the mixture to the rice while folding (not stirring) the rice over until the rice has absolved everything. 5) Spread the rice all around and let dry, fanning it will help it go faster.

Mediterranean House Style Steak Well, here is my favorite steak that my mother use to make me. Now I have to tell you that this is really a Portuguese recipe, but I called it a Mediterranean-style steak because, for youtube, it would be more diversified for this recipe. Trust me when the wine, garlic, and cream along with the butter that hits the steak, it will surely be a crowd or family pleasure. Do not take my word for it, just see for yourself. Ingredients 2 - Sirlion steaks ( 1/2 or 1 inch thick) 4 cloves - Garlic, sliced thick 3-4 tbsp. - Olive oil 2 tbsp. - Butter, unsalted 1/2 cup - Red wine or white wine, beer 1 tbsp. - Hot pepper sauce, Piri Piri 1 tbsp. - HP sauce or other 1 tsp. - Cumin, powdered Salt and pepper to taste Topper - Fried egg Sides - 4 small peeled potatoes, and slices into 1/4 inch slices. Slightly oiled and baked in love for about 30 mins. at around 350 degrees.

Tuna Noodle Casserole I really like this dish because it is so easy to make and serve. The portions heat up really fast when you need to save time. I like to take this to work and just zap it in the micro for one outstanding lunch. Now, the type of tune here that I am using is a little on the dark side for it comes from Portugal and the fish is called a tuna fish “ Bonito”. I enjoy this type of fish because it has a bit more on the stronger taste of fish, but really any type of tuna can be used. Ingredients
1 pkj. - Dry egg noodle past or any other type 3 tbsp. - Butter, unsalted 1/2 cup - Onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. - Salt, kosher 3 tbsp. - All-purpose flour 3 cups - Cold milk 3/4 cups - Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cans - Tuna, shredded or chucky 3/4 cup - Peas, rinsed drained 1/3 tsp. - White grounded pepper 1/2 cup - Plain bread crumbs 1/2 cup - Parmigiano cheese, grated Options- Cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce Toppings - Chopped parsley, chopped chives, sliced black olives Note: Please remember to undercook the pasta for at least 2 minutes.

Best Baked Rice And Beans Well, here it is, my favorite dish that I just love to take to work for my lunch. Now, this is Spanish-style baked rice and beans. When the rice sucks up the salsa and with the beans, all that incredibly delicious combination makes this one outstanding recipe. Now I have to tell you that my wife was mad at me because I did not iron the kitchen towel, so forgive me if you noticed. I have to say that I am very multi-talented but ironing I have no idea how to do it. Well, maybe next time I will try it. So back to the dish, hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you did anything different to it. Ingredients 2 cups - Basmati rice or other long-grain rice 2 cans - Red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 tsp. - Kosher salt or to taste 1 tsp. - Grounded black pepper or to taste 2 tsp. - Cumin, powdered 1/2 tsp. - Chilli powder 1/4 cup - Olive oil 1 jar - Tomato salsa (16 ounces) 2 1/2 cups - Chicken broth 2 tbsp - Chopped parsley Notes - Cover the dish very tightly with aluminum foil and put an oven tray on top of the dish to add more pressure for the cooking process. Cooking time - 1 hour and 10 mins at 350 F. - When the cooking is done, check the tenderness of the rice and if need be, add some water and return the dish to the oven until the rice is tender.
