Of course, there are hundreds of recipes out there on the internet and I know that they are all great. But, here I am giving your my best traditional recipes that I like best. Easy, fast, and using basic ingredients that use, gives this the perfect recipe to serve to your family or friends.

Start - Crispy Garlic Baked Potatoes Wedges
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. - Potatoes peeled or leave the skin on, cut into wedges.
1 tbsp. - Olive oil
1 tsp. - Garlic powder
1 tbsp. - Smoked paprika
1 tsp. - Onion flakes or powder
Salt and pepper as needed
What can be better than eggs, for breakfast, Linch, and even for Dinner. They are so diversified that you can make them in hundreds of ways but "I am sorry" here I will only be showing you five.
Now in this video, I am showing you how I feel is the easiest way to make some egg dishes. I tried to cook the eggs that are cooked enough or long enough for the average taste, soft, runny, or hard. Of course, if you would like your eggs on the soft side or the hard side, just cook it a bit less or longer.

When I am looking to lose weight especially after doing the Magic diet program, I am very concerned about putting on the weight back. So by eating low-fat foods that will fill you up will

This great delicious drunken mussel recipe is quick to make and everyone will just fall in love with your dish. That’s if they like mussels, for my wife will not eat them nor even look at them. Oh well more for me.
I like to use fresh mussels but you can use frozen if you like. If you use fresh, make sure that if they have an open shell or they do not open when cooked then discard them for they are bad.

2 lbs. - Mussels, cleaned and de-bearded
2 tbsp. - butter
4 cloves - Garlic minced
1/2 to 1 tsp. - Hot red pepper flakes, or to taste

Sliced Potato Cake Recipe
When it comes to comfort food and diet, it does not always come together. Now, this dish does not follow the rules, for I get both of two worlds.
I just love potatoes but I like them fried I guess because of the oil in the fry but in this dish, it has all the taste I want without adding all those calories. This is perfect for a party or just a family meal, or to have it as a side dish or just on its own.

3/4 tsp. - Ground pepper

3/4 tsp. - Salt

# 2 - Lose 10 to 17 Lbs. Guaranteed - Magic 7 - Day Weight-loss Plan
Well, here it is! You asked for it and because of all the success of my first soup, I have created part two. It is the follow-up diet program to the original one. Just complete the first program " # 1 - Lose 10 to 17 Lbs. Guaranteed - Magic 7 - Day Weight-loss Plan " rest a day or two making sure that you do not overdo it on your food intake. And, just follow-up with diet plan number two until completion.
In this 2 nd. Plan you should start to lose water again, but now it will be mostly fat and that means weight-loss. After that please sick to low-fat, low-calorie meals. Of course, you can have a ”cheat meal” once in and while to curb your urges.
With this 7-Day Diet Soup and if you did everything correctly and you did not cheat, then you can expect to lose around 10 to 17 lbs. Yes, that is correct, but you must follow the Plan.
Then you should go back to your normal eating plan by now taking care of what you eat. If you have cravings for your preferred high-fat foods then go ahead and have a "cheat day" but eat all you want but only on one sitting per week, but only after this program. Your cheat day should keep your cravings under control.

2 tbsp. - Tomato paste
1/2 to 1 tsp. - Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. - Cumin
2 each - Bay leaves
1/4 cup - Parsley

7 Day Diet Program
Breakfast - Wholesome cereals with low-fat milk, whole wheat/ 100% rye bread, Coffee, tea, or eat the soup.
Day #1.
Eat as much of any fruit you want EXCEPT BANANAS and AVOCATOES.
Eat only soup and fruit today but eat all you want.

Day #2.
All Veggies.
Fill up on fresh vegetables (salads etc).
Eat all the soup you want and have a large baked potato with butter at dinner time.
But NO FRUIT TODAY.

Day #3. Eat all the soup, fruit, and veggies you want, but NO POTATOES. If you haven't cheated you will have lost. 5-7 lbs by tomorrow morning.

Beef and Tomatoes.
You can have up to 20 ounces of beef, skinless chicken breast, lean beef, filleted fish, but NO PORK and no tuna in oil. Have 6 tomatoes in any style you like.

Beef and Vegetables.
Eat all the lean beef/veal and veggies you want today but AVOCATOES.
You can have 2-3 steaks (low- fat) if you want, with green leafy vegetables.
But NO POTATOES.

Brown rice (wild) but No white, unsweetened fruit juice, and veggies today but AVOCADOES..
Eat all you want whenever you want and have soup as often as you can.

Sweet Potato With Curry Ketchup Dip Recipe
When I am on a diet, I need something to keep me going, and at least something I can call “comfort food”. So as for fries, that means that I have to bake it and for me, the best fries I like coming hot out of the oven are sweet potato fries.
I added just a bit of olive oil to the fries to lightly oil them so they can cook better and give some taste. Now I like to use the water soaking method to remove some of the starches, as for adding cornstarch to the fries before the baking I do not use this method. I tried both ways and I can really say for me there’s no difference in how you prepare it. But, saying this you can use cornstarch if you prefer it.
Make sure you keep an eye on the fries while baking. If the temperature is too high then they will be cooked on the outside and raw on the inside, but if it is too low then the fries will be dried out a soggy.

Sticky Garlic Pork Chops Recipe
Here is one of my favorite dishes for bone-in pork chops. I just love this recipe because it has a good nice round taste from the sweetness to a bit of a tang. Sometimes I make extra and freeze them and have them ready when I need something fast.
I like to cook pork chops with the bone in for it actually makes the pork taste better when the bone lets out its juices into the meat. Anyways, bone-in or out it makes it a beautiful dish.

Sesame Chicken with Asian Sauce
This recipe for me is tastier than take-away anytime. This gives you a superb taste with its sweet, salty, sticky, and a bit spicy that pulls everything together. Make sure that you make extra for this dish will go very fast.

When it comes to fish, for me it's halibut with its soft tender flaky taste. This parsley sauce just fits in perfectly with this dish and gives off a god round delicate taste. Make sure to serve this hot for the butter will become hard again soon., if it gets that way, then reheat it.
Try this sauce with other fish like salmon, cod, or even shrimp and lobster. It is also very
