Halibut With Parsley Sauce  Recipe

When it comes to fish, for me it's halibut with its soft tender flaky taste. This parsley sauce just fits in perfectly with this dish and gives off a god round delicate taste. Make sure to serve this hot for the butter will become hard again soon., if it gets that way, then reheat it.

Try this sauce with other fish like salmon, cod, or even shrimp and lobster. It is also very versatile, just change the herbs and you have a completely different dish,

Ingredances 1 1/2 lbs - Halibut, skin on one side. 1/2 each - Juice from lemon 1/2 cup - Heavy or light cream 5 tbsp. - Unsalted butter 1/4 cup - Chopped parsley Salt, pepper, and/or cayenne pepper to taste.
