Now when it comes to chicken, parmesan, and mozzarella baked in the oven, I am in all the way. I like this recipe because when I have a party or a family get-together it just makes my life easier because this recipe is so easy to make. Just remember to make extra for they will always ask for more.


Ingredients 2 - Chicken breasts 1 to tbsp. - Olive oil (if needed for baking tray) 1 cup - bread or panko crumbs 1 med. - Egg, beaten 1 splash - Milk 1/2 cup - Parmesan grated cheese 1 cup - Mozzarella shredded cheese 1 tsp. - Dried oregano 1/2 tsp. - Garlic powder 1 cup - Marinara sauce (see below) Salt and pepper to taste Options - Chopped parsley, chives Marinara Sauce 1 can - Chopped skinless tomatoes 1 to 2 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 sm. - Onion chopped 1 tbsp. - Dried oregano 1/2 tsp. - Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. - Sugar or honey (option) 1/2 tsp. - Hot pepper flakes (option) Salt and pepper to taste

I just love this recipe, the potatoes with their skins on with the crispness of the flattened potatoes makes this one awesome dish. When I have a party, I always make a lot of these for it is so easy and fast to make them and always a party favorite.
If you would like them to be more crispy, then towards the end of the baking time, just turn on the upper oven grill and leave to for about several minutes. Let me know how yours turned out.

This Cozy Winter Soup with brown rice is just perfect to fill you up without a lot of calories. It gives the energy to keep you going without making you run out of fuel and keeps those hunger pains away.
Now, this is not only for winter, in fact for any season and it would be the perfect choice to try the soup. Enjoy the zesty creamy broth that is packed with flavor and nutrition.

If you are going to use this recipe for any vigorous sport or walking around in the cold, then I would advise you to use coconut milk instead of sour cream to get you going further.


Ingredients 4 to 6 cups - Water 1 cube - Veggie stock (low-sodium) 3/4 cup - Brown rice or wild rice 3/4 cup - Button mushrooms, sliced 3 to 4 cloves - Garlic, minced 1 med. - Carrot, sliced 1-2 ribs - Celery, sliced 1 med. - Sweet onion or leeks 1 cup - Shredded cabbage 1 med. - Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubbed 1 to 3 leaves - Bay leaves Salt (keep in low) and pepper to taste. Options 3/4 cup - Sourcream or 1 can of coconut milk. 1 tsp. - Hot chili powder

I just love this chicken dish for it is very easy to make and you can use a slow-cooker or a stove-pot. I like the crock-pot best because as it takes more time to cook it is actually marinating the chicken blending it into a wonderfully delicious meal.
This recipe is perfect for losing weight or maintaining it, since it is a complete meal it will fill you up and keep your hunger pains under control. Just try it and see how a simple one-pot meal can help you lose weight and still keep you happy until the next meal.

Method Use a slow cooker or Stovetop pot. Of course, there are hundreds of recipes out there on the internet and I know that they are all great. But, here I am giving your my best traditional recipes that I like best. Easy, fast, and using basic ingredients that use, gives this the perfect recipe to serve to your family or friends.

Start - Crispy Garlic Baked Potatoes Wedges



Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. - Potatoes peeled or leave the skin on, cut into wedges.
1 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 tsp. - Garlic powder
1 tbsp. - Smoked paprika
1 tsp. - Onion flakes or powder Salt and pepper as needed

Toppings - Finely grated parmesan cheese, Chopped parsley
3:50 - Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients

Now in this video, I am showing you how I feel is the easiest way to make some egg dishes. I tried to cook the eggs that are cooked enough or long enough for the average taste, soft, runny, or hard. This salad not only is high in nutrition but also high in fiber, something that your body needs to help you manage your weight. The combination of this dish is outstanding and delicious. Also, you can have an extra portion if you wish, for it will be ok, I promise you. Do not worry about the oil for as per portion, there is very little that will keep worried. Remember that a bit of oil is good for you in the uncooked staged to provide you with that extra energy that you need. This great delicious drunken mussel recipe is quick to make and everyone will just fall in love with your dish. That’s if they like mussels, for my wife will not eat them nor even look at them. Oh well more for me.

I like to use fresh mussels but you can use frozen if you like. If you use fresh, make sure that if they have an open shell or they do not open when cooked then discard them for they are bad. Ingredients
2 lbs. - Mussels, cleaned and de-bearded 2 tbsp. - butter 4 cloves - Garlic minced 1/2 to 1 tsp. - Hot red pepper flakes, or to taste 1 med. - lemon, zested 2 cups - White wine 1/2 med. - Lemon juice Toppings 1/4 cup - chopped fresh parsley 2 lemon wedges for garnish 2 slices bread, toasted For more information, please see the video.  Sliced Potato Cake Recipe When it comes to comfort food and diet, it does not always come together. Now, this dish does not follow the rules, for I get both of two worlds. I just love potatoes but I like them fried I guess because of the oil in the fry but in this dish, it has all the taste I want without adding all those calories. This is perfect for a party or just a family meal, or to have it as a side dish or just on its own. Let me know how yours turned out and did you add anything different to it.
