Pizza Apple Dessert - Really Awesome

Pizza Apple Dessert - Really Awesome

Can we call this a pizza, does it look like one, you bet-yeah  it does.  Just watch your Friends and Families  eyes become wide open when you come with it to the table.  The  crunch  of the  pizza  with the full flavors of the  sauté  apple’s, well it’s just  mmm mmm  Good.

Try it and let me know how it turned out, also try it with different toppings  for it’s all “just awesome”.

**********************************************************************************************************

In this pizza pie you can remove the apple skins or leave them on, either way it still will be awesome. I like the smooth taste when the skins are removed and I feel it give off a better texture and taste.

If you you want a more of a crunch with your apple slices then slice them a 1/4 of an inch, but to get a more soft  slice with the apple's then slice them down to 1/8 of an inch. Try them both way and see which way you would prefer.

Keep and eye on the temperature settings. Bake it in very hot oven say around  400 degrees  for anywhere from 10 to 12 minutes.  There is a big different's between a electrical and a gas stove, even if you settings are the same.

Add other toppings to it like I did here, I added icing sugar but add it just before you serve it because it will dissolved in a few minutes into the apples, but it does have the wow factor when you present it to the table.

Cheddar Potato Puffs - Party Time

Cheddar Potato  Puffs  - Party Time

This is just awesome recipe for  your Family, Friends, Parties or a large gathering. So simple to make and you can use really any different types of cheese.  Also by added  combinations of cheese,  sour cream with chives or  parsley as topping  will make it look outstanding and  appetizing.

You can also make some extra and keep it in the fridge  for when they are all gone and they will be gone very fast,  you will have some more ready to pop into the oven.   After all it sooooo easy,  just add four  main ingredients into the same bowl and “bang” you are done.

Please let me know how it turned out for you..:)

*********************************************************************************************************

Recipe...

3 Cups - Potatoes

1 Cup - Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup - Sour cream
1 Tbsp. - Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. - Chives
2 - Eggs

Alternatives...
- Any cheese
- Parsley

*********************************************************************************************************

Fill up the mixture to about a 1/4 of an inch from the top, but you can fill it all the way if you want Remember that it will  settle itself as it bakes and will rise. During the baking you should keep an eye on it for all ovens are not the same and it could dry out or burn.

Add some extra cheese top the top when the potato puff is hot so it will melt a bit and stick to the top and not fall off when being removed from the backing tray. If you find that some of the puff's are sticking and not coming out, then you can use a toothpick to move around the puff to loosen it without scratching your tray.

Try it with different topping and see how many varieties and combinations you can come up with. Here I just add some extra sour cream to the top and I have to say it looked good. On one I even added some hot sauce to one to try it out and it was just great. Please let me know how yours turned out.

No Bake Cookies - No Fuss

No Bake Cookies - No Fuss

I love this recipe because it is soooo  easy to make and the kid’s just love it.  Sometimes you really do not want to make and  go with all that fuss by baking. Now with this it just takes a few minutes and I can say that the cookies have a Hugh  “high five” when they see them.

Perfect  for a party  or the Holidays. I have even made them once for a wedding where we used  a certain colour to be part of the table settings.  It really look awesome on the tables.

Try them and please let me know how it worked out for you.

******************************************************************************************************

Recipe....

I  package of  round and flat bottom plain baked cookies.

-  Low fat or regular peanut butter.
-  Package of chocolate sprinkles.
-  Bananas

Options;
- Natella
- Add peanut butter to the top of the cookie and add sprinkles.

******************************************************************************************************

So easy to make with no fuss. Use low fat peanut butter or get an all natural  one for the health food store. I sometimes I add the peanut butter to one of the cookies and Natella to the other, either way it's awesome.

Remember to make extra for I know it will all disappear   from experience, and do not worry about the little ones having some extra because they are good for them.

Try using different colour sprinkles and you can add a little peanut butter or Natell to the top of the cookie and add some sprinkles to it, awesome in looks and  taste.

Orange Cranberry loaf cake - Fast And Easy

Orange Cranberry loaf cake

Orange cranberry loaf cake, easy to make and fast to make. The orangery juice with its pulp   and the sweet bitterness  give it the perfect taste between sweet and tangy.  I can eat this all day and let me tell you that it did not last, in fact, it disappeared in less than two minutes at my friend's place. Just show you that when you make this cake, please make two….:)

*************************************************************************************************************

Recipe.....

2 Cups - Flour

1 - Orange juice and pulp
3/4 to 1 Cup - Cranberry
1/2 Cup - Plain yogourt
3/4 to 1 Cup - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Butter
1 - Egg
1 Tbsp. - Orange zest
1 1/2 Tsp. - Baking powder
1/2 Tsp. - Soda
1/2 Tsp. - Salt

*************************************************************************************************************

I add the berries like this top to  the top and it will find its place into the batter by itself. If you want more berries or layers just let the loaf bake for about 20 minutes or so to get the top a little hard and then add more to the top part of the loaf. In this way, you get a more even and better-looking loaf when you slice it

Make sure that you keep an eye on your loaf in the oven  for it varies on the baking time because of the oven temperature or the moisture in the loaf.  It is better to check it out with a toothpick once or twice than to have it over baked.

After about ten minutes or so you should transfer it to a drying rack to get an even dry all around the loaf. By preparing the loaf pan the way it shows in the video should get the loaf to pop right out with ease, I would shake the pan a little first to loosen the loaf.

Banana Bread "The Old Fashion Way"

Banana Bread   "The Old Fashion Way"

An Old Fashion Way to make this awesome Banana Bread, moist and smells out of this world, bet you can not eat just one piece.

In this recipe,  I show you how to make simple and fast  cakes for when you do not have a lot of time on your hands. I can really get all the ingredients ready and in the oven in as little as 20 minutes when you get the hang of it. So are my other cakes dishes, so fast and easy that it will surprise you

It's so easy to make and really fast and guess what?   next day it's even better and better tasting.  Perfect for that picnic treat of  over a cup of tea with your friends...

Just Mmmm mmmm good..... :)

*******************************************************************************************************

Recipe;

1 1/2 -   Cups of all-purpose flour.
1/2 -   Cups of Brown Sugar.
1/2 -   Tsp.  Baking Powder.
1/2 -   Tsp.  Baking Soda.
1/2 -   Tsp.  Salt.
1/3 -   Cup  Melted Butter.
1  -   Egg.
4 to 6  Tbsp. -  Milk.
1/2 -   Tsp. Vanilla Extract.
2  -   Ripe Bananas.

1/3 -   Cup Walnut or Almonds.

*******************************************************************************************************

Be careful on the amount of milk you add to the mixture. Add a little at a time until you get a smooth mixture that is not runny and it should just drip on your spoon  not runny. Add more flour if you added too much liquid.

Also,  later when you add the bananas to the mixture it will contain a lot of moister and that will bring up the batter to the right consistency for baking.

The best time to use the banana for this recipe is when the skin turns black, for that is when it is the sweetest and a perfect taste for this cake.

I would not advise to use non-ripe ones. The next best thing is to use one that is spotted, it will not be as sweet but if you can not wait because you need it know, then go ahead.

Here  I am adding walnuts but really you can add anything that you like.

Any type of nut will do, even dried fruit, sunflower seeds,  raisins, etc,  it is endless on what you can do with this recipe.

When it comes out of the oven, do not try to remove it out of the pan until about 10 minutes later. For if you remove it too soon then it could break apart.

If you find that the bread is sticking just use a toothpick to run along the side and down th bread and that will loosen it up.

After it has been removed,  then allow it to cool on a rack to give it an even airing  all around the cake.

Crepes Banana Filling

Crepes Banana Filling

Try this Awesome Crepe with a  Banana filling. Check out my the Video on " Making Crepes "... This recipe has an awesome taste with a smoothness  that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Now don't just make a few, but make a lot, for your Family will ask for it.

I show you step by step on how to make these crepes and after a few,  I know you will become the Queen or King of the Crepe Kitchen.

Go ahead you have nothing to lose, but all to gain...:)

********************************************************************************************************

Recipe;

3 Med. - Bananas

1/4 Cup - Butter
1/4 Cup - Brown sugar
1/4 Tsp. - Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. - Nut meg
1 Cup - Coffee cream or heavy cream

For more information please see the video below.

********************************************************************************************************

Add all the sugar to the melted butter and keep the heat down to low and keep stirring the mixture until it all incorporates into a nice blend.

Add now the heavy cream to bring it all together and to make a nice creamy mixture to bring out the banana flavor when added.

Remember to keep the heat on low and keep stirring until it becomes thicker.

Now add the bananas and let it just simmer for awhile to soften it a little. Also halfway through, scoop off the sauce and keep pouring it on top of the banana.

Be careful to keep the heat at low for at this stage it is very easy to burn the mixture because of the thick sauce.

Go ahead and make now your awesome banana Crepes. Just add a little more sauce and see how everything will just blend together and drive everyone crazy with this treat.

Add any topping you like. As for me I added ready made cream and cinnamon, my favorite.

Try it with topping of ice cream, jam or even liquid chocolate.  Anyway you do it it will be awesome.
