Apple Tarts - My Way

Cotton Tails a great Canadian tradition. Served piping hot at our Sky Resorts and outdoor Sports, just a awesome treat. Serve it at a Sports Game, at your home or any other occasion , there perfect.

Recipe....

Dough;

2 1/2 Cups - Flour
2 Tsp. - Active yeast
1/2 Cup - water warm
1/2 Tsp. - Sugar
1/2 Cup - Milk
1 Tbsp. - Cooking oil
1/2 Tbsp. - Vanilla extract
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1 - Egg

Topping ;
5 Med. - Apples mixed
1/4 Cup - Butter
1 Tsp. - Cinnamon
2 to 3 Tbsp. - Corn syrup or honey
1 Tbsp. - Maple syrup or other syrup

1/4 Cup - Brown sugar
1 to 2 Tsp. - Cinnamon
