Ingredients
1 lb or more of filet of fish cod or halibut, skinless
1 1/2 cups - All-purpose flour
1 tbsp. - Baking soda
1 cup - Beer or soda water
Extra water as needed
Squirt of lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.
