Ingredients 2-3 med. - Whole eggs 1 tsp. - Cooking oil 1 tsp. - Butter Salt and pepper to taste Fillers - Ham, cheese, caviar, mixed greens, roasted red peppers, fried onions, pesto, Sautéed mushrooms, spinach, avocado, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sautéed asparagus, roasted potatoes or hash browns, etc.

Well, another pasta dish request by a few. I love this dish for it is so easy and fast to make especially when you will be having a large group showing up with huge hunger pains. This dish gives you an awesome combination of cream and cheese that is guaranteed to please.


Ingredients 10 oz. - Penne pasta (1/2 pkg.) 2 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 med. - Red onion, diced 3 to 4 cl. - Garlic, minced 1 cube - Chicken bullion, low-sodium 1/2 to 1cup - Cherry tomatoes, halved 1/3 cup - Cream, more if needed, milk or pasta water for a top-up. 1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup - Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings - Fresh parsley or basil Options - 2 tbsps. Balsamic vinegar Alternative cooking method - One-pot - Add 5 cups of water to the pot, add pasta and cook until dente (not too soft), reduce the amount of cream.

Smoked Salmon Hand Roll With Avocado And Cucumber I just love sushi but I do not want to go to all that trouble of getting fresh fish for sometimes it is hard to find, so I use smoked salmon or other smoked fish. For me, it just workes out perfect and I have to say it's on the safe side, for unless you know your fish as fresh, it could make your meal a disaster. Now I make a lot of sushi, I would say about twice a month or so. Especially for myself and my wife or for some family or friends get-togethers. Trust me, this recipe goes fast and sometimes I just can not keep up, so have a lot on standby or you could have a riot on your hands.

The egg always can stand alone and it can be made in so many ways that it would be hard to try them all in a year. I know some of you are asking what am I adding such an easy recipe. Well, most people have trouble making a simple fried egg, so here I am showing how easy and foolproof it can be.

The closed lid will trap the heat in and cook the egg slowly to the point of softness or hardness you want by simply taking a peek at it. When it reaches the desired texture than "turn off the heat and there you go.

Why are eggs good for you.

Eggs are a very good source of, protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B2, B6, B12, and minerals such as zinc, iron, and copper. Ingredients Bit of cooking oil Eggs - As much as you want. When it comes to lasagna, I am in. I can have it any way I would like and use really any type of cheese to blend in with the meaty sauce and mozzarella. I like to make this recipe especially for a party or a get-together for it can be made all in one big dish. So just divided it and stand back, for it will go very fast.


Ingredients 1 lb. - Medium ground beef 1 med. - Onion, chopped 2 to 3 cloves - Garlic, minced 2 to 3 tbsp. - Tomato paste 1 to 2 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 tbsp. - Dried basil 1 can - Tomatoes peeled and chopped 1 lg. - Egg, beaten 1 tbsp. - Italian seasoning (see below) 2 cups - Mozzarella cheese 1 cup - Cottage or ricotta cheese 1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated Lasagna noodles as needed Salt and pepper as needed Option - 1 tsp. sugar to remove the acidity from the tomatoes. Toppings – Chopped parsley, more parmesan Italian seasoning 1 tbsp. - Dried basil 1 tbsp. - Dried oregano 1 tbsp. - Dried parsley 1 tsp. - Dried rosemary 1 tsp. - Dried thyme 1 tsp. - Hot chili flakes 1 tsp. - Garlic powder

I like this recipe because when I have a party or a family get-together it just makes my life easier because this recipe is so easy to make. Just remember to make extra for they will always ask for more.

I just love this recipe, the potatoes with their skins on with the crispness of the flattened potatoes makes this one awesome dish. When I have a party, I always make a lot of these for it is so easy and fast to make them and always a party favorite.
If you would like them to be more crispy, then towards the end of the baking time, just turn on the upper oven grill and leave to for about several minutes. Let me know how yours turned out.

This Cozy Winter Soup with brown rice is just perfect to fill you up without a lot of calories. It gives the energy to keep you going without making you run out of fuel and keeps those hunger pains away.
Now, this is not only for winter, in fact for any season and it would be the perfect choice to try the soup. Enjoy the zesty creamy broth that is packed with flavor and nutrition.
Any way you serve it, it will always turn out great. Let me know how yours turned out.

If you are going to use this recipe for any vigorous sport or walking around in the cold, then I would advise you to use coconut milk instead of sour cream to get you going further.


Ingredients 4 to 6 cups - Water 1 cube - Veggie stock (low-sodium) 3/4 cup - Brown rice or wild rice 3/4 cup - Button mushrooms, sliced 3 to 4 cloves - Garlic, minced 1 med. - Carrot, sliced 1-2 ribs - Celery, sliced 1 med. - Sweet onion or leeks 1 cup - Shredded cabbage 1 med. - Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubbed 1 to 3 leaves - Bay leaves Salt (keep in low) and pepper to taste. Options 3/4 cup - Sourcream or 1 can of coconut milk. 1 tsp. - Hot chili powder

I just love this chicken dish for it is very easy to make and you can use a slow-cooker or a stove-pot. I like the crock-pot best because as it takes more time to cook it is actually marinating the chicken blending it into a wonderfully delicious meal.
This recipe is perfect for losing weight or maintaining it, since it is a complete meal it will fill you up and keep your hunger pains under control. Just try it and see how a simple one-pot meal can help you lose weight and still keep you happy until the next meal.

Method Use a slow cooker or Stovetop pot.
