Goulash Hungarian, My Way...
Goulash, made with beef stew meat, a real classic. So easy to make, but time makes it even better.... enjoy....:)

Recipe.......
1 1/2 Lbs. - Beef
1 Can - Whole tomatoes
1 to 2 Tbls. - Tomato past
1 Sm. - Onion
2/3 - Sugar (if not using sweet wine)
1/4 Cup - Water (if not using sweet wine)
3 Tbsp. - Lea and perrins
1 to 2 Tsp. - Paprika
Splash - Vinegar
2 Tbsp. - Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Options;
1/3 Cup - Sweet wine
2 Tbsp. - Ketchup
1 to 2 Tbsp. - Hot sauce
