Now if you want you can remove the tips and toss them, but I like the crunchy feel and the taste from them so I leave them on. Coming from European background we intend to eat most of all the chicken, so really noting this thrown out, but you can make it your way that you feel is best.

One good idea for the tips and other parts of the chicken is to store them in you freezer until you get a good quantity and then make a chicken stock.

Make sure that after you wash your chicken that you dry it very, very well. In this way, not only will you not get a splash-back from the water hitting the hot oil, but you will get a better adherence to the flour mix sticking to the wings.

When you are finished drying the wings, please remove the cloth/paper  towel away from the work area in or not to contaminate your area with the raw chicken.

Cooking temperature can vary between stoves, so what I do is set it on high and touch a piece of chicken into the oil and see if it sizzles. Then when I add the wings I drop it to a medium heat in order to let the inside cook better, more slowly as to crisping the out side and having it under-cooked in the center.

Cook until it is a nice golden brown all around. Now also give it stir once in awhile, but only after it has been frying for about 5 minutes, because the coating is still very fragile and you want it firm in order for it not to fall apart.

Please see my video below on how to make your own   "How To Make Base Hot Pepper Sauce"
By Cookingaround.

This sauce can go with so many dish's that it will surprise you.

Go ahead and make them your way. Dry for dipping or wet for a dirty sticky mouth and face, either-way I know you will enjoy them.

Don't forget the beer or the wine.
