Baked Egg Cups Recipe

 




Baked Egg Cups

This has to be one of my most favorite breakfast dishes. So easy to make and fast. The only problem you would have is not making enough, for they will go fast. Trust me very fast. 
This recipe makes the egg soft and tender on the inside and when blended with the chives it just becomes perfect. 



Ingredients 

Makes 6 cups

4 med.        -   Whole eggs
Milk             -  Splash 

Cheddar cheese -  As needed 
Salt and pepper  -  As needed

Toppings -  Chives, parsley, green onions 

Options filling  -  Sliced ham, cooked bacon, cooked veggies

Baking -   20 to 25 minutes at 300 Fahrenheit.
