Being in Europe for now, I miss one of my North American dishes, Mac and cheese. So in order to keep me happy with something from home, I have to make it myself. For this is not a traditional dish here. I just give it, my own touch.

Ingredients
1/2 pkg. - Elbow macaroni pasta
1 1/2 cups - Heavy cream, using 12%
1 cup - Cheddar cheese (any kind), extra for topping
1/2 cup - Monterey Jack cheese, extra for topping
1/2 cup - Smoked Gouda cheese, extra for topping
1 tsp. - Garlic powder
1 tsp. - Onion powder
1/2 tsp. - White pepper
Salt - as needed
Toppings - Parsley
Options - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Notes;
- Stop cooking the past two minutes before the time limit.
- Do not drain the past under the water.
- Cheese sauce has to be on the liquidity side, for the pasta will absorb it.
Best Garlic BreadWhen it comes to garlic bread, my wife and I are 100% in. In this recipe, I make it super easy to make and it will always turn out a thing of perfection.
I added cheese to it, to make it even better, and when it comes to the crunch, it is out of this world. Just think of the butter and garlic mixed together and with cheese, it's one delicious meal.

Bake - Grill on middle rack at 350 Farinahight for 10 to 15 minutes.
These baked potatoes are awesome. Have them on their own as a meal or as a side dish. So easy to make and to serve, just make a lot ahead of time and then pop them into the oven, and they're ready. Just make sure you make extra if you are going to have a party or gathering.

Perfect Classic Boiled Eggs Every Time
I know, I know, Boiled eggs? are you kidding me, I was making those hundreds at a time when I was studying back in school. Yes, but I made this video to be added to my Classic basic cooking playlist where anyone that has started to cook or has to cook sometime in their life can look up a simple easy recipe to make.
I find this technic the best for it turns out perfect every time, the egg's hardness can be controlled by the timing that cooks the egg to perfection. Just try it and see how good they turn out, you will be surprised.

I just love sushi but I do not want to go to all that trouble of getting fresh fish for sometimes it is hard to find, so I use smoked salmon or other smoked fish. For me, it just workes out perfect and I have to say it's on the safe side, for unless you know your fish as fresh, it could make your meal a disaster.
Now I make a lot of sushi, I would say about twice a month or so. Especially for myself and my wife or for some family or friends get-togethers. Trust me, this recipe goes fast and sometimes I just can not keep up, so have a lot on standby or you could have a riot on your hands.

I just love this recipe, the potatoes with their skins on with the crispness of the flattened potatoes makes this one awesome dish. When I have a party, I always make a lot of these for it is so easy and fast to make them and always a party favorite.
If you would like them to be more crispy, then towards the end of the baking time, just turn on the upper oven grill and leave to for about several minutes.

Ingredients

This great delicious drunken mussel recipe is quick to make and everyone will just fall in love with your dish. That’s if they like mussels, for my wife will not eat them nor even look at them. Oh well more for me.
I like to use fresh mussels but you can use frozen if you like. If you use fresh, make sure that if they have an open shell or they do not open when cooked then discard them for they are bad.

When it comes to comfort food and diet, it does not always come together. Now, this dish does not follow the rules, for I get both of two worlds.
I just love potatoes but I like them fried I guess because of the oil in the fry but in this dish, it has all the taste I want without adding all those calories. This is perfect for a party or just a family meal, or to have it as a side dish or just on its own.

Sweet Potato With Curry Ketchup Dip Recipe
When I am on a diet, I need something to keep me going, and at least something I can call “comfort food”. So as for fries, that means that I have to bake it and for me, the best fries I like coming hot out of the oven are sweet potato fries.
I added just a bit of olive oil to the fries to lightly oil them so they can cook better and give some taste. Now I like to use the water soaking method to remove some of the starches, as for adding cornstarch to the fries before the baking I do not use this method. I tried both ways and I can really say for me there’s no difference in how you prepare it. But, saying this you can use cornstarch if you prefer it.
Make sure you keep an eye on the fries while baking. If the temperature is too high then they will be cooked on the outside and raw on the inside, but if it is too low then the fries will be dried out a soggy.

This recipe for me is tastier than take-away anytime. This gives you a superb taste with its sweet, salty, sticky, and a bit spicy that pulls everything together. Make sure that you make extra for this dish will go very fast.

1 cup - All-purpose flour

1 tsp. - Sweet paprika

Potato Omelette - Only 3 Main Ingredients
I just love potatoes like most people and I cannot get enough of them. So when it comes to potato omelets or pancakes, you can count me in.
I like this recipe because it is a real crowd pleaser and I get great compliments on it. It goes perfectly with almost anything from breakfast, a side dish a just a complete meal by itself.
Remember when cooking this omelet, keep the heat on med heat so it will cook through the potatoes and it will give it enough time for it to cook through and through. If the heat is too high then it could burn or it will be cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. As it is going, please give it a peak under the omelet an is how it is doing, and make adjustments to the heat.
God did not make you live on bread alone. I know, I know that we are sometimes on a diet but that can sometimes be a bit boring. So I like to eat something brave like something I can set my teeth into.
So here we have it, a crustless quiche that is satisfying and good for you, not only this but it tastes really great. Go ahead and try it out for yourself and find out how awesome this recipe is, do not forget to get that extra piece before it is all gone. And, you do not have to feel guilty for this quiche is low-calorie.

Let's start with 5 or 6 large farm eggs, I only use free-range eggs because for me they are the best. Here I am using white cheddar cheese for the white looks better on the dish but you really can use any type of cheese you want to make you happy.
Chop up the spinach roughly for we do not want it to be too chewy but broken down enough to make it delicate to the taste mixed with the eggs. As for the parsley, I like to chop it finer so it can spread more evenly around the dish.
As for cheese, I like cheddar cheese it is my favorite choice. Here I am using white cheddar for it will make your dish look better as per presentation. Now, you can really use any type of cheese that you would like but I do not recommend any soft type for it can make your quiche very soggy.
In the end, combine everything together but make sure that you mix everything evenly so in that way every bite will have full flavor. When beating the eggs and to get them to be fluffy, make sure that you beat them until they appear light and airy.

Plantain Banana Chips With Zesty Avocado Sauce Recipe
I just love plantain and even better when it is chips with a nice dipping sauce. I remember when I was in the Caribbeans and they served this type of chips. I just could not get enough of them. What I liked was it was served in two different ways and I could not decide which one I liked better, so I had both.
Make this dish and serve it up at your party or get together and see how fast it goes. The crispness of the chips plus the tangy sauce just makes this one awesome dish. It never let me down and I am always asked to make more and to give out the recipe.
Green bananas or plantain come in anywhere from bright green, pale yellow or even a brownish color. It does not really what shade you use, for it is all good. But, the riper it is the sweeter it becomes.
When making the avocado sauce, remember to let the blender go at high speed for a couple of minutes to get it well liquefied.
Now is the time to add more hot peppers or lime juice. Make it your way.
To make the chips as thin as possible, just lean the cutting knife on your finger and press down on the plantain as you are slicing it. It will take some practice, but you will soon get the hang of it.
On the thicker pieces, keep them about at least 3/4 of an inch thick. This will make them more crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
When you see that the chips turn a dark golden color, then you know it is ready.
Now you may want it a little on the soft side, so that would be ready when it turns a light yellow or a darker brownish when you want them really crispy. This depends on you and how you would like them made.
On the thicker slices, keep them oily for in this way it makes it easier to press them down without having them stick to the ladle and/or to the board.
Now, go ahead and show off your plate of an awesome treat. Remember to make plenty, for they will disappear very fast.
