1 Lbs. - Ground beef
1 Lbs. -  Any potatoes
1/2 to 1 Cup - Shredded any cheese
1 to 2 Tsp. -  Worcestershire or Maggie sauce
2 Med. -  Green onions
1 1/2 Cups -  Carrots
1 Cup -  Cherry tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Options;
Hot sauce
Steak, taco sauce
Breadcrumbs for Meat

Please follow the  7-day Plan the best you can, try to stay on it. After all it's only 7 days....The follow a Low and Medium GI Diet...:)

Before attempting any diet, you should consult a Medical Doctor. For I' am just showing
 "How it worked for me"..

Eat when you are hungry as much as you want. This soup contains almost no calories, the more of it you eat, the more weight you lose. During the diet you need to take each day at least 1 cup of this soup. If you only eat this soup for a long time, can cause malnutrition.

If you have not smuggled you will be lost. At the end of the 7th day between 9 and 15 pounds But because everyone's digestive else works, this will affect diet everyone else. If you are more than 15 pounds lost let this diet are at least 2 days before continuing. This 7-day diet can be used as often as you like.


There are some things that you should definitely  have to say  “NO’……

No bread, except 100% whole wheat. 
No alcoholic beverages.
No carbonated drinks.
No Sports drinks.
No Diet drinks.
No Diet Pills.  

Please strictly adhere to:

Lots of water.
Tea without sugar.
Black coffee ( if you have to).
Unsweetened fruit juice.
Skim milk or buttermilk (only on those days when milk is allowed) Day one:

Magic Diet Plan  # 1,  Day  1, 2 and 3.




Day One; 

The Diet Soup base (as much as you want).
All fruits, but  watermelon are preferred because they contain the least calories of any fruit (as much as you want). No bananas, No Avocado. 
Black currant juice or cranberry juice, no or low sugar. 


Day Two:

The soup base (as much as you want).
All green vegetables (such as lettuce, spinach or endive) except beans, cereals and peas (raw or cooked and all you want). Eat until you feel full.
Tea without sugar.
A baked potato (at dinner).

Day Three:

The soup base (as much as you want).
The fruit and vegetables from day 1 & 2 (all you want).
Tea without sugar
Black currant juice or cranberry juice.
Lots of water.

Diet Soup Recipe..... 

20 mins boil

1/2         -  Head of Cabbage
2  to 3   -  Veggie or Chicken stock.
4 to 5    -  Tomato's.
4  to 5   -  Small onions.
1            -  Leek
1            -  Small celery root.
2            -  Sweet red peppers.
6            -  Cloves garlic.


 30 mins Boil Total
 (Last 10 mins)

½ cup            -  Parsley (any)
3                    -  Bay leaves.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Nutmeg.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Cumin.
4 to 5  tsp.   -  Oregano.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Black pepper.
4 to 6            -  Green onions.
3 to 4 tsp.    -  Tomato paste.
Salt to taste..............

Magic Diet Plan     Day  4 and 5.




Day Four:

The diet soup base (as much as you want).
Bananas (up to 6 ).
Tea without sugar.
Skim milk or rice/soya  milk(as much as you want).
Black currant juice or cranberry juice
Water

Day Five:

The diet soup base (as much as you want).
Tomatoes raw (as many as you want).
Tea without sugar
Salad (all you want) (no oil), add  lemon juice. 
Steak, (card portion). or  baked or boiled / baked  skinless chicken. 
At least 6 to 8 glasses of water to flush the acid from your body
Black currant juice or cranberry juice


 Recipe...

 20 mins boil.

1/2         -  Head of Cabbage
2  to 3     -  Beef/veggie or Chicken stock.
2 cans     - Whole  tomato's.
2  to 3     -  Med.  onions.
5            -  Small celery stks.
2            -  Sweet red peppers.
1 cup      - Green beans.
5            - Carrots (option).
1            - Celery root (option).


 30 mins Boil
(Last 10 min.)

1/2 to 3/4 cup  -  Parsley (any)
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Nutmeg.
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Cumin.
2 to 3  tsp.      -  Oregano.
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Black pepper.
2 to 3              -  Green onions.

2 -  Tbsp  Olive oil.

It is an easy to follow diet. Although not suitable for lasting weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a high-fibre, low-fat diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more sensible long-term diet plan. The cabbage soup is really filler, making sure that the dieter does not get the feeling of starvation or hunger pangs.

Cabbage soup diet is recommended for more 7 days straight  The Soup Diet is very low in protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals to continue for a long period of time.

Attention.

Eggs Poached In Chunky Tomato Sauce.




My Girlfriend was sleeping and had to get up to get to School, so I asked her "what would you like for Breakfast", but no response. 
So I decide to make Bacon and Eggs, but with a twist,,,,,My Way.
There is many  many variations to this awesome  filling and comforting dish that can be served, any time. In its simplest form, eggs are poached in a flavorful tomato sauce and the combined flavour is out of this world....Try it....:)
Guy's, get up more earlier then your Wife or Girlfriend and surprise them, trust me when I say " You will be rewarded"....:)

½ Cup - Bacon,
2Tbsp. -  Olive oil
1 Med. - Green onion
2  Cloves -  Garlic
1 Tsp. -  Ground cumin
1 Tsp. -  Paprika

1 Tsp. -  Sugar

Salmon  Pasta In A Creamy Sauce

This recipe is out of this world, so creamy and taste, the cream cheese just gives it that smoothness and richness to eat.  Make a lot for your Family or love ones will ask for seconds.  

It is also a big hit with your guests for a home dinner or a party, it is always a great success. The only problem that I see with this recipe is that I always have to have some more at hand for it does go very quickly and I really do not want to run out.

Recipe;

1 to 2 Lbs. -  Salmon

1 Med. – Onion
1/2  Cup – Frozen peas.
3 to 5 Oz. -  Plain cream cheese
3 to 5 Oz. -  Sour cream or light cream
2 Tbsp. – Cooking oil
1 Tbsp. – Flour
1/2   - Lemon
1 – Bay leaf
1/2 Tsp. - Veggie stock 
3 to 5 – Whole allspice

Topping;
1/2  Cup -  Parsley

With is recipe, you really can use can, frozen or fresh salmon. Here I am using some fresh fish that I found on special at my local supermarket. 

Sometimes, you can also find some salmon end pieces that are not desirable for frying or baking, but would be perfect for this recipe. After all, you would get more bang for your buck with this savings. 








This is where the secret taste comes from. The slow boil with the fish and all the spices come together into a delightful taste when it is blended with the pasta. 










Make sure at this point that there is no bones in the fish. Here I discard the fish skins, but some like to leave them. It is really up to you.

Remember for this recipe you do not need a premium salmon cut for this to be awesome, you can go for the end pieces that would be at a very affordable price.  It would not make any different towards the presentation or taste. 







This is where the flavor is, so please do not toss this liquid out. If you find that there is some loose particles leftover from the simmering, then just strain it to remove them. 









Just cook it long enough for the ingredients to blend together and the sauce becomes thicker. Remember that the salmon is already pre-cooked at this stage and we do not want to overcook the fish. 

If you find that the sauce became too thick, then just add a little milk at a time until it becomes the way you want it.

Had to copy the recipe with it's tangy flavours and on top of  couscous you can not go wrong.

3 -- large chicken breasts.

Taco Pie Bake.




Taco Pie just hits the spot for everyone, Sooooo easy to make and serve. I'am sure your family will just Love it.

Recipe:

2 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes or 1 kilo potatoes  (you could also use mashed potatoes and omit the butter and milk)
1/4 cup butter only with potato flakes.
2/3 cup milk  only  with potato flakes.

2  to 4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 to 2 cloves garlic.

Any other herbs.
1/2  juice of lemon or lime.
Hot sauce to taste.
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 to 2 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 cup green onions.
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, or any other hard cheese , shredded.

More toppings;
Sour cream, (optional)
Avocado (optional)
More cheese
Lettuce
Tomato's
Olives.

Recipe

 I/2 to 1  - Pomegranate
100 to 120 g  -   White cabbage.
1 med. -- Celery root.
2x2  cm -- Ginger root.
Pinch of cinnamon.

Cook the celery root and the cabbage together and you will know when you are done when you the fork can easily go through the root.  

Also please save the water for the flavor and the power is there.








Set your blender to the highest setting and let it blend the mixture up to about a full two minutes. It's important to get the veggies to break it down as small as possible to come close as a liquid as it can.  

Now if you want and do not want all the trouble of the bag, then just use a juicer machine.






To get the bag I had a dressmaker make a few up in different sizes in a 100% cotton material. Make sure the bag is large enough to get one blender vase size for to do it in parts will give you too much trouble. 

To remove the pulp just invert the bag and toss it into a bowl. The leftover pulp can be used to add to any cake mix. But beware the eating the cake it can and will make the Ferrari  roar...I would recommend making cookies with it.




Try it and see how this works with the bag method. Remember it's best to have small particles in your system to last longer than to just a liquid running through.

Ritz Cracker Chicken À la Carmo.


Ritz Cracker Chicken À la  Carmo

This chicken recipe was given to me by my friend  Ms. Carmo in the USA, and I was surprised when I saw that Ritz Crackers were used, so I tried it.  I have to say that it turned out really awesome  and an outstanding  crunchy taste. You can be rest assured that I will repeat this with fish.
Anyways, I can write all day, try it and tell me your story.....

Recipe... 

2 lbs chicken tenders or 2 large chicken breasts
1 -  sleeves Ritz crackers
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cups cheddar or any hard cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Sauce:
1 - 10 ounce can/package of any instant  cream soup mix.
1/2  cup  heavy cream or sour cream
2 tablespoon butter

Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.
