Lumaconi Parmesan Pasta With Meatballs Recipe
Well as hard as this recipe is to pronounce it is an awesome dish. I know that it takes a little more time to make it, but it is well worth it.
Recipe;
1/2 Pkg. - Lumaconi pasta
Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs. - Beef, grounded
1 - Med. - Onion chopped
1/3 Cup - Breadcrumbs
2 to 3 Tbsp. - Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup - Parsley , fresh, chopped
1 - Egg
1/4 Cup - Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato Sauce
1 Can - Tomato sauce
1 Sm. - Onion finely chopped
2 - Cloves - Garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp. - Tomato paste
1/2 Tsp. - Honey
1 Tbsp. - Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup - Sour cream or heavy cream
1 Tbsp. - Oregano
1 Tbsp. - Basil (option)
Topping - Parmesan cheese
