If you are going to use this recipe for any vigorous sport or walking around in the cold, then I would advise you to use coconut milk instead of sour cream to get you going further.
Ingredients
4 to 6 cups - Water
1 cube - Veggie stock (low-sodium)
3/4 cup - Brown rice or wild rice
3/4 cup - Button mushrooms, sliced
3 to 4 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 med. - Carrot, sliced
1-2 ribs - Celery, sliced
1 med. - Sweet onion or leeks
1 cup - Shredded cabbage
1 med. - Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubbed
1 to 3 leaves - Bay leaves
Salt (keep in low) and pepper to taste.
Options
3/4 cup - Sourcream or 1 can of coconut milk.
1 tsp. - Hot chili powder
