7  Day  Diet Plan - Weight Loss - Fast Weight Loss

Need to get ready for a wedding,  the school prom or any other event. Well this is it, just go for it, it worked for me....

Please follow the  7-day Plan the best you can, try to stay on it. After all it's only 7 days....The follow a Low and Medium GI Diet...:)

!!!  Attention  !!!

Before attempting any diet, you should consult a Medical Doctor. For I' am just showing
 "How it worked for me"..

*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Eat when you are hungry as much as you want. This soup contains almost no calories, the more of it you eat, the more weight you lose. During the diet you need to take each day at least 1 cup of this soup. If you only eat this soup for a long time, can cause malnutrition.

If you have not smuggled you will be lost. At the end of the 7th day between 9 and 15 pounds But because everyone's digestive else works, this will affect diet everyone else. If you are more than 15 pounds lost let this diet are at least 2 days before continuing. This 7-day diet can be used as often as you like.


There are some things that you should definitely  have to say  “NO’……

No bread, except 100% whole wheat. 
No alcoholic beverages.
No carbonated drinks.
No Sports drinks.
No Diet drinks.
No Diet Pills.  

Please strictly adhere to:

Lots of water.
Tea without sugar.
Black coffee ( if you have to).
Unsweetened fruit juice.
Skim milk or buttermilk (only on those days when milk is allowed) Day one:

Magic Diet Plan  # 1,  Day  1, 2 and 3.




Day One; 

The Diet Soup base (as much as you want).
All fruits, but  watermelon are preferred because they contain the least calories of any fruit (as much as you want). No bananas, No Avocado. 
Black currant juice or cranberry juice, no or low sugar. 


Day Two:

The soup base (as much as you want).
All green vegetables (such as lettuce, spinach or endive) except beans, cereals and peas (raw or cooked and all you want). Eat until you feel full.
Tea without sugar.
A baked potato (at dinner).

Day Three:

The soup base (as much as you want).
The fruit and vegetables from day 1 & 2 (all you want).
Tea without sugar
Black currant juice or cranberry juice.
Lots of water.

Diet Soup Recipe..... 

20 mins boil

1/2         -  Head of Cabbage
2  to 3   -  Veggie or Chicken stock.
4 to 5    -  Tomato's.
4  to 5   -  Small onions.
1            -  Leek
1            -  Small celery root.
2            -  Sweet red peppers.
6            -  Cloves garlic.


 30 mins Boil Total
 (Last 10 mins)

½ cup            -  Parsley (any)
3                    -  Bay leaves.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Nutmeg.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Cumin.
4 to 5  tsp.   -  Oregano.
1 to 2  tsp.   -  Black pepper.
4 to 6            -  Green onions.
3 to 4 tsp.    -  Tomato paste.
Salt to taste..............

Magic Diet Plan     Day  4 and 5.




Day Four:

The diet soup base (as much as you want).
Bananas (up to 6 ).
Tea without sugar.
Skim milk or rice/soya  milk(as much as you want).
Black currant juice or cranberry juice
Water

Day Five:

The diet soup base (as much as you want).
Tomatoes raw (as many as you want).
Tea without sugar
Salad (all you want) (no oil), add  lemon juice. 
Steak, (card portion). or  baked or boiled / baked  skinless chicken. 
At least 6 to 8 glasses of water to flush the acid from your body
Black currant juice or cranberry juice


 Recipe...

 20 mins boil.

1/2         -  Head of Cabbage
2  to 3     -  Beef/veggie or Chicken stock.
2 cans     - Whole  tomato's.
2  to 3     -  Med.  onions.
5            -  Small celery stks.
2            -  Sweet red peppers.
1 cup      - Green beans.
5            - Carrots (option).
1            - Celery root (option).


 30 mins Boil
(Last 10 min.)

1/2 to 3/4 cup  -  Parsley (any)
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Nutmeg.
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Cumin.
2 to 3  tsp.      -  Oregano.
1 to 2  tsp.      -  Black pepper.
2 to 3              -  Green onions.

Salt to taste..............

Choose One Of The Following Two Below:

Magic Diet Plan  (1 Of 2)   Day 6 and 7.




Day Six:

The diet basic soup (all you want).
Leafy vegetables (as many as you want).
Tea without sugar.
Lots water.
Black currant juice or cranberry juice.
Steak, (card portion). or  baked or boiled / baked  skinless chicken.



Day Seven:

The diet soup base (as much as you want)
Brown rice (all you want)
Tea without sugar
Black currant juice or cranberry juice
Lot’s of water.
Unsweetened fruit juices.
Vegetables, raw (as many as you want).

Recipe.....

500 grams ( 1 lb.)  -  Mushrooms
1 -  Med onions.
1 -  Med to Lg. Tomato
1 -  Celery stack, (2 - if you do not use carrots.)
1 -- Green/red sw. pepper.
1 -- Lg. carrot (not for low GI)
2 -  Stock  (low sodium).
2 -  Tbsp  Olive oil.
2 -  Tbsp  Flour.
1 -  Tsp.  Paprika (optional)
1 to 2 -- Tbsp  Tomato paste.
1/3  Cup  Green onions.
1/3  Cup  Parsley.
Pepper to taste.

Optional
Basil
Oregano
Salt  to taste.

Magic Diet Plan (2 Of 2)  Day 6 and 7.





Day Six:

The diet basic soup (all you want).
Leafy vegetables (as many as you want).
Tea without sugar.
Lots water.
Black currant juice or cranberry juice.
Steak, (card portion). or  baked or boiled / baked  skinless chicken.



Day Seven:

The diet soup base (as much as you want)

2 -  Any Stock  (low sodium).
1 to 2  -  Tbsp  Olive oil.
1 to 2 -- Tbsp  Tomato paste..
Pepper to taste.


Optional

Basil
Oregano
Paprika
Parsley.
Salt  to taste.

It is an easy to follow diet. Although not suitable for lasting weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a high-fibre, low-fat diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more sensible long-term diet plan. The cabbage soup is really filler, making sure that the dieter does not get the feeling of starvation or hunger pangs.

Cabbage soup diet is recommended for more 7 days straight  The Soup Diet is very low in protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals to continue for a long period of time.

Attention.
Now the cabbage soup diet is not recommended as a long term diet plan, if you have a special occasion coming up, or you simply need to lose weight fast, the Cabbage Soup Diet could well be just what you need. Although really not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fibre diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more considered and sensible long-term eating plan.

  5. I talked to my Dr about this today, she said, 'what do you have to loose" Im a kidney transplant patient who became diabetic with transplant. Its so hard to loose weight. I have to work pretty hard to maintain the same weight! But im aware that im not eating very healthy. And this year my focus is to lose 50 pounds. I just need to start somewhere.. If i can loose 9 or 10 thats my motivation to keep going harder.. Thanks for sharing this video, i hope it works for me as it has you! Thanks again - Angela

  6. You have to be positive. I tried so many diets and the only one that worked for me was this one. I do not see why you should not lose 9 to 10 lbs, If you want please try my Program Jogging exercise video, it is like walking in the park and real easy and you go at your own pace. http://youtu.be/zVNcHL5xrhI.. Also keep in mind that you should follow my Diets, but please do not combine it with pills, but drink plenty of water. Please keep us up to date and let me be your Couch and all I want is for People like you is to be happy...:)

  21. Hello, I am very excited to try your soup recipe! I am a wee bit confused about the amount of veggie stock. Your ingredient list says 2 - 3 Veggie or Chicken Stock. Is that 2-3 teaspoons, tablespoons or cups? Is this a dry ingredient or the liquid stock? Please advise, thank you!

  23. hi Tony, im very confused. i want to start the soup plan you start not the one you did for your girlfriend. in one of your youtube videos you said the soup could be done for 2 weeks but then you have the 7 day soup diet plan, im very confused. ive read your story as well and watched most of your youtube videos but sill confused what is what as you said the 7 day crash diet plan was created for your girlfriend. i want to go on the diet you did.

    how many days into the soup diet can i incorporate protein?

I sent this to another reader - Now, this diet can go for 2 weeks safely because it contains some protein and other things you need in a daily diet.Now, you should lose the weight with this in 1 week, but some may want to lose more, so do it for another week if you think you need it. My Girlfriend was on this diet I made for her and she was losing about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds a day, but on the 4th day it stopped, because she got her period. With that she stopped losing the weight ( on the scale) because of water retention. So she continued the plan, and started it again and the weight came flying off. This was her way of losing the weight, it depends on live style, how much do you stick to the plan and how much do you want to lose.   24. hi tony, i cant wait too start your soup recipe. but i am very confused as to which soup diet you used, as you stated that this 7 day crash diet plan was created for your girlfriend. I would like to know which soup diet plan you did for your incredible weight loss. Ive read your story and navigated on your blog but i am still confused. Also on your youtube video some say the soup diet is for 2 weeks but then you've got the 7 day soup diet which confuses me more.

Each day it says eat the "soup base" but then you show 4 different soup recipes over the 7 days. Do we just eat the first one which has half a head of cabbage?     1. Have the first two, then you have a choice on the last two soups. As per stock it was 2-3 teaspoons, but it must be Low- sodium, it is veggie stock, so you can make it to your taste. Add a little bit at a time and see if you like the taste, after-all I do not want it to taste like straw.

  28. Hello, which soup do we use for the 7 days? You say the "soup base" which I think is the first one with half a head of cabbage, but then you list 4 different soups.     1. The last two soups is your option which one you want...:) 2 -3 is teaspoons of veggie stock (low-sodium). 1 teaspoon = 1 Cube...:)

  35. I'm worried about the flatulence. You never mentioned how much flatulence you are going to experience with so much cabbage. I would stay away from people as much as possible if you want to keep your friends while doing this diet and stay close to the toilet.
