Recipe:

1/2 Kilo - Polish  Kielbasa or any type of sausages.

1 - Med. - Onion
1/4 Cup - Green onions
1/4 Cup - Parsley
3 Gloves - Garlic
1/2 Tsp. - Salt
1/2 Tsp. - Pepper
1 Tbsp. - Cooking oil
1/2 Tbsp. - Olive oil

Splash of  semi red wine or other.
