Green Monster Fat Burner – Low Galore

Green Monster Fat Burner – Low Galore

This soup is really a winner when it comes to losing or maintaining  your weight. It’s not like your typical soup that  makes you hungry in a short while. This soup is not only nutritious but also low in calories with about only  70 calories  per  average soup bowl.

Now when you get that deep hunger feeling in the pit of your stomach   and you want something really filling that will last for a few hours, but also  will give you the energy to last the day, this is the one of choice.  Go ahead a make a lot of this Soup  and  put them into a few  serving size containers  and freeze them, for in this way you will always have them at hand.

I hope you enjoy this soup as much as I enjoyed making the video. Please keep me up dated on your  diet…:)

Recipe;

1 Med. - Zucchini
1 Med. - Leek
2 to 3 Cloves - Garlic
2 Tbsp. - Olive oil
1 Tbsp. - Veggie stock
100 Grams - Frozen Spinach
2 to 2 1/2 Cups - Water

*************************************************************************************************************

Keep on the zucchini skins for that's where a lot of the vitamins are and it increases the fiber in the soup.

Now on the video I used a low sodium veggie stock, but you can use really any stock of your choice.

Also if you can take the heat add some chilli powder to help increase your metabolism to help further in the fat burning process.

Go ahead and add all the spinach you want at this point, after all this is your soup. Frozen spinach or fresh, it your  soup and enjoy.

  2. I LOVE THIS SOUP! I just wish I had doubled the recipe!! It's really filling and adding chili powder really put some zing in it (but not to spicy). Thanks, Tony! Rosemary from Minneapolis

  5. The soup is delicious! Its hard to believe its mostly vegetables.I added a bit of cayenne to for flavor and a metabolism boost. I was wondering weather it would be possible to substitute something for the leek as its a bit harder to find sometimes and usually a bit pricier than other vegetables. Another thing i was wondering was weather you could add more veggies to the soup i personally love mushrooms and would like to add some but it might change the benefits of the soup. Also your ingredients show garlic but the video didn't show when to use it maybe i just missed it.

  11. diabetic diet patients should take care to follow a regular diet pattern and eat meals diabetic diet and snacks at approximately the same time every day. One useful way in which meals can be planned is to encourage the use of carbohydrates along with vegetables and reduce the consumption of proteins.
