Mule Kicked Taters
Mule Kicked
Taters, Just Right
For A Snack, Ball Game Or  Just A side
Dish…..:)
I just love to make these taters they are so ease.
Now why do you ask why I crush them like I did in the video. Well when it gets
spread like that it crisps all around on the edges and it gives  a nice BBQ taste and the great all around “crunch”
factor.
I find that by using the whole potato it will be
less than a spread with the halved one. Now on the other hand , the more the potato
spreads the more  crunch you get on the
edges, a little more messy but  an
awesome  treat.
Anyway
you  kick it, I ‘am sure you will
enjoy them.  Try them with different
cheese’s   or even some bacon  bits,   mmmm, mmm and mmmm.. So get you mule kicking….:)
Enjoy….:)

Use the potatoes with the skin on or off, it's really up to you how you want it. Now by using the whole potato and not halving it, you get a more controlled spread but less of a crunch when you bake it.
Do not forget to make some extra because I know that they will disappear  real fast. Make many with different topping for all to enjoy..
