Creamy Smooth Rice Pudding, a real winner and  sooooo good !!, please can I have some more...:)

Recipe.....

1 Cup - Rice shot grain
3 Cups- Milk
2 Cups - Water
1/2 to 2/3 Cups - Sugar
2 Sticks - Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Lemon rind
1 -Egg
1.2 Tsp. - Salt

Cinnamon  Powder for topping.
