Meat/Sausage Lasagna With 4 Cheese's.

Meat lasagna  with  4  cheese's, just Awesome and out of this world.. mmmm, mmmm Good. I did not forget the Famous taste test, I put the lasagna on the table to cool to serve to my guests, but when I went back to get a piece for the pictures and tasting, it was all gone lol....:)

Recipe.....

Lasagna  Pasta sheets.

1 1/2 Lbs. - Pork sausage
1 1/2 Lbs. - Ground beef
1/2 Cup - Sweet pepper
1 Cup - Tomato sauce
1 Cup - Water
1 - Egg
2 Tbsp. - cooking oil
4 Gloves - Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

3 Cups - Mozzarella cheese
1 Cup - Cottage cheese
1/2 Cup - Parisienne cheese 
1 Cup - Gouda or any other hard cheese

Options; 
Carrots 
Ricotta cheese 



Not using ready-made tomato sauce.
1 Can - Tomato's
1 Sm. - Onion
1 Tbsp. - Tomato paste
1 to 2 Tsp. - Oregano
1 to 2 Tsp. - Bazil
1 to 2 Tsp. - Parsley
