Well Christmas is coming here in Krakow Poland where I run one of my business far away from Canada and my place of Birth " Azores".

Now I'am not really into the Polish puddings at this time of the year so I will be making my Rice Pudding just like my Mother did back home. The rice here is not really the best and ingredients taste different a bit, but it is the closes thing to my Portuguese Home.
